【考案の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、墨液、絵の具、インキ
などの筆記液、アイライナー、リップカラーなどの化粧
液といった塗布液の塗布具に関するものであり、更に詳
細には、液体収容部に直接塗布液を収容し、ノック部を
押圧することにより塗布体に塗布液を供給する塗布具に
関する。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、ノック部を押圧して塗布体に塗布
液を供給するタイプの塗布具としては、実公昭57ー5
5114号公報に開示されているような、インキタンク
の一部に伸縮自在な蛇腹部を設け、弁杆をインキタンク
の底面迄延設し、インキタンクを押圧することによって
弁を開放するもの等が知られている。 【0003】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】塗布液収容部中の塗布
液の透過減量により筆跡のカスレ、筆記不能が発生する
可能性があることである。即ち、インキタンクの一部に
設けた蛇腹部を伸縮自在にするためには、蛇腹部を弾性
膜体で形成し、その厚みを薄くする必要があり、この
為、弾性膜体から塗布液中の液体分が気体状態で透過し
易くなる。塗布液中の液体分の透過によって、塗布液中
の固形分が上昇すると共に塗布液の粘度が上昇し、塗布
体よりの吐出性が低下し筆跡のカスレが発生したり、著
しい場合には筆記不能になる場合があるということであ
る。特に、製造後消費者の手に渡る迄の期間が長い場合
塗布液の透過減量が大きくなり、消費者が初めて使おう
としたとき既にカスレや筆記不能となっている場合もあ
った。本考案は、塗布液の透過減量を極力防止し、少な
くとも初めて使用するまでは透過減量が発生しない塗布
具を提供することを目的とする。 【0004】本考案は、上記目的を達成するためになし
たものであって、内部に塗布液収容部を有する軸筒の先
端部に塗布体を取り付け、塗布体後方に弁体と弁座部材
とが圧接して弁を構成する弁機構を設け、前記塗布液収
容部の一部を構成する弾性膜体を圧縮することにより前
記弁機構が開放され、塗布液が塗布体に供給される塗布
具であって、非使用時に前記弾性膜体の外部に密閉空気
層が形成されることを特徴とする塗布具を要旨とするも
のである。 【0005】本考案に係る塗布具は、非使用時には、弾
性膜体の外部に密閉空気層が形成されるようなしている
ので、塗布液中の液体が気体状態で弾性膜体より透過し
ても、前記密閉空気層で飽和状態になってしまい、それ
以上の液体の透過が起こらない。 【0006】 【実施例】以下、本考案を添付図面に基づいて詳細に説
明する。なお、各実施例において、実質的に同一の部材
は同一番号を用いる。図1に第1実施例を示し、図2に
その要部拡大図を示す。参照符号1は軸筒である。軸筒
1先端開口部には、繊維結束体や高分子多孔質体などよ
りなる塗布体2が装着されている。この塗布体2の後部
は、軸筒1内先端に配置された、繊維収束体(所謂、中
綿)や多孔質体などよりなる一時的塗布液貯蔵部材3内
に挿入されている。この一時的塗布液貯蔵部材3後方に
弾撥体受部材4が配置されており、この弾撥体受部材4
と、弾撥体受部材4後方の軸筒1内に配置された弁体5
との間には、弁体5を後方に付勢するように弾撥体6が
張架されている。ここで、弾撥体6は、弁体5を後方に
付勢することができれば、どのような形状であっても良
いが、本実施例のように前方から後方に向かって次第に
縮径するコイルバネであれば、塗布液の流れを周方向に
導きやすいので実用上好ましい。 【0007】後方に付勢された弁体5は、軸筒1内部に
固着された貫通孔を有する弁座部材7と当接し、弁機構
を形成する。弁座部材7後方には、中央孔8aを有する
中栓8が配置されており、この弁座部材7と、中栓8と
の間は塗布液収容部9となされている。この塗布液収容
部9内には、一端を弁体5後端近傍に位置させ、中栓8
の中央孔8aと隙間を形成して貫通するよう延在した棒
状部材10が配置されている。この棒状部材10の他端
は、中栓8の中央孔8aの外周に取り付けた蛇腹状屈伸
部を有する弾性膜体11の後端に固着されている。ここ
で、弾性膜体11としては、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピ
レン、ナイロン、エチレンビニルアセテートなどのブロ
ー成形品を例示できる。この弾性膜体11の後端の外壁
にはノック部材12が取付けられている。このノック部
材12はその外壁前方に螺合部12aを設けており、軸
筒1後端開口部に固着された尾栓13の螺合部13aに
螺着可能に、且つ、この螺着を解除した場合、尾栓13
内壁に摺動可能になっている。更に、ノック部材12と
尾栓13とを螺着することによって、ノック部材12前
端鍔部12cに設けた環状リブ12bと、尾栓13の前
方端面13bとは液密圧着し、弾性膜体11外部に密閉
空気層14を形成するするようになっている。 【0008】使用方法は以下の通りである。ノック部材
12を回転し、ノック部材12と尾栓13との螺着を解
除し、ノック部材12を前方に押圧すると、弾性膜体1
1が圧縮され塗布液収容部14の内圧が上昇すると共
に、棒状部材10が前方に変位し、弁体5を弾撥体6の
付勢力に抗して変位させ、弁機構が開放する。これによ
って、塗布液は、塗布液収容部9から弁機構を介して弁
座部材7と弾撥体受部材4との間の空間に流出し、更
に、弾撥体受部材4の端面に設けられた切欠き部4aか
ら、軸筒1内壁に設けられたリブ1aを通って塗布体2
に浸透し塗布が可能になる。又、塗布液が、塗布体2が
保持できないほど過剰に供給された場合、塗布液は、一
時的塗布液貯蔵部材3に浸透するので、塗布液が塗布体
2よりボタ落ちすることはない。 【0009】図3に第2実施例を示す。本例は、ノック
部材12の前方部が後方に向かって縮径するテーパー状
の形状を有しており、ノック部材12の外壁及び尾栓1
3の内壁に、螺合部の代わりにリブ12a、13aを形
成し、ノック部材12のリブ12aが、尾栓13のリブ
13aの後方に乗り越え嵌合したとき、ノック体12の
テーパー部のリブ(微小であるため図中では省略してい
る。)と尾栓13の前方部13bとが液密圧着し、密閉
空気層14を形成するようなっている以外は実施例1と
同様である。第2実施例は、使用時にノック体12を回
転させる必要がない点で第1実施例と異なっている。 【0010】図4に第3実施例を示す。本例は、ノック

パッキング15と尾栓13の前方端面13bとの液密圧
着によって形成される。第3実施例は、弾性膜体11の
後方への付勢力のみで密閉空気層14を形成させる点で
