【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は旅行中において、旅行用カバンに巻き付ける
ことができるカバンの締付用ベルトに関するものであ
る。
【従来の技術】
この種のベルトは、カバンを乱暴に扱うとカバンに設
けた錠装置が破壊するだけでなく、カバンの蓋が開放し
て中の物が散乱したりするので、このような事にならな
いように、予めカバンに巻付けておくものである。一般
には、一本のベルトをカバンに巻付け、両端を結ぶよう
にすることもあるが、近時はベルトの両端に係止金具を
設けた装置や、この係止金具をさらに鍵をつかって錠止
するようにした装置である。
たとえば、既に刊行物として発行されている実公昭57
-11551号が存在する。
【考案が解決しようとする問題点】
カバンにベルトを巻付けるときには、ベルトの長さが
カバンの大きさに合うように、調整するが、このときベ
ルトで輪を形どるようにして、この輪の中にカバンを入
れ、それから徐々にベルトの一端を引張りながらカバン
に締付けるのが最も手早くできる方法であるが、時々ベ
ルトで輪を形どるとき、ベルトを引張り過ぎて、ベルト
の先端が金枠から抜脱することがあり、この時はベルト
が輪になっていないので、ベルトをカバンに締付けるの
に手間がかかるという欠点があった。
本考案の目的は、かかる欠点を除去するために、ベル
トで輪を形どるとき、たとえベルトを強く引張り過ぎて
も、ベルトの先端が金枠より妄りに抜脱しないようにす
ることにある。
【問題点を解決するための手段】
本考案によれば上記目的は、
両端部が折り返されるベルト１と、
ベルト１の一端部の折返し部が係合する受部ケース２
と、
ベルト１の中間部に挿通されるとともに、該ベルト１
の一端部の先端1bが固定され、ベルト１に沿って移動さ
せることにより前記折返し部までのベルト長を調整可能
なベルト調整部材４と、
ベルト１の他端部の折返し部を収容するベルト挿入口
12を備え、受部ケース２に係脱可能な挿入本体３と、
前記ベルト１の他端部の先端1aに縫着されるネーム入
れケースカバー11とを有し、
前記挿入本体３は、前記ベルト１の他端部の折返し部
を係合する固定ピン６と、ベルト１に抜脱方向の力が負
荷された際に固定ピン６と共働してベルト１を挟み付け
てベルト１の抜脱に抵抗する可動ピン９とを有し、
ネーム入れケースカバー11は、固定ピン６と可動ピン
９による抜脱抵抗力を越えた抜脱力が負荷された際にベ
ルト挿入口12のベルト引出口縁部12'に当接してベルト
１の抜脱を阻止する厚みｌに形成されるカバンの締付用
ベルトを提供することにより達成される。
本考案において、一端に受部ケース２が装着されたベ
ルト１の他端部は挿入本体３内で折り返されて挿入本体
３の固定ピン６に係合される。挿入本体３には、可動ピ
ン９が設けられており、ベルト１を受部ケース２側に引
っ張った際には、ベルト１との抵抗によって可動ピン９
が固定ピン６と共働してベルト１を挟む方向に移動して
ベルト１の抜脱が規制される。
上記ベルト１の抜脱の規制は可動ピン９と固定ピン６
とでベルト１を挟み付けることにより行われるものであ
るために、より大きな力でベルト１を受部ケース２側に
引っ張ると、ベルト２は抜脱するが本考案によれば、上
記ベルト１の先端に縫着されたネーム入れケースカバー
11の厚さｌをベルト挿入口12のベルト引出口縁部12'に
当接する厚さとしているために、該ネーム入れケースカ
バー11がベルト挿入口12に干渉し、それ以上のベルト１
の移動が規制される。
この結果、強い力でベルト１を引っ張ってもベルト１
が挿入本体３から離脱することがないために、再びベル
ト１で輪を形どる必要がないために、使い勝手が向上す
る。
【実施例】
以下、本考案の一実施例を図面により説明する。
第１図は、本考案の全体斜視図であって、１はベル
ト、２は受部ケース、３は挿入本体、４はベルト調整部
材を表すものである。ベルト１の一端部は折り返されて
受部ケース２のピン５に係合されており、先端1bがベル
ト調整部材４のピン７に縫着される。
ピン５との係合部で折り返されたベルト１の他端部は
上記ベルト調整部材４に挿通され、該ベルト調整部材４
をベルト１に沿って移動させることによりベルト１の長
さを調整することができる。
上記ベルト調整部材４を挿通したベルト１の他端部に
は挿入本体３が装着される。挿入本体３の先端には上記
受部ケース２の開口部14に挿入可能な突出部3'が形成さ
れ、突出部3'を開口部14に挿入した状態において、突出
部3'に形成した一対の係止片3a、3bを開口部14内に配置
された突出片2a、2bに係止させることによりベルト１を
リング状に連結することができる。また、受部ケース２
には可動片2c、2dが設けられる。挿入本体３を受部ケー
ス２に連結させた状態で、可動片2c、2dを受部ケース２
の内側方向に指先で押圧すると、この可動片2c、2bの折
曲部2e（一方は不図示）により係止片3a、3bが押し込ま
れ、係止片3a、3bと受部ケース２内の突出片2a、2bとの
係合が解除されて受部ケース２と挿入本体３との連結が
解除される。
さらに、上記挿入本体３は、ベルト１の他端部を受容
するベルト挿入口12を備え、ベルト１の他端部は上記ベ
ルト挿入口12内で折り返されて再び挿入本体３外に引き
出される。
また、挿入本体３は、上記ベルト１の折返し部を係合
する固定ピン６と、長孔８内を移動する可動ピン９とを
備える。可動ピン９は、ベルト１を受部ケース２側に引
っ張った際に、ベルト１との抵抗によって固定ピン６側
に移動して固定ピン６と共にベルト１を挟み付け、ベル
ト１の抜脱方向への移動を規制する。
上記挿入本体３から引き出されたベルト１の先端1aに
は名前や住所の紙片（不図示）を入れるネーム入れケー
スカバー11が縫着される。このネーム入れケースカバー
11は、ベルト挿入口12のベルト引出口縁部12'に当接可
能な厚さｌに形成されている。したがって、この実施例

ルト１の抜脱防止力を上回る力で受部ケース２側に強く

【考案の効果】

先端に厚みのあるネーム入れケースカバーを設けること
により、このネーム入れカバーが挿入本体の引出口縁部
に当接するので、ベルトで輪を形どるとき、強く引張っ
ても、ベルトの先端が妄りに外れることがなく、カバン
のベルトを締付けるとき迅速におこなえるという実用的
