As a railroad vehicle having a circular cross-sectional shape, for example, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 51-151309, a horizontal lower end of a circular cross-sectional shape is horizontally cut out, and a continuous circular curved surface extends from both side walls to the ceiling. It is known that the floor member is configured by the horizontal cutout portion. On the other hand, as a floor structure of a railway vehicle in which the floor of the passage portion is lower than the floor of the passage portion, for example, a structure described in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 53-160109 is known.

In the former of the above-mentioned conventional techniques, the cross-sectional shape of the vehicle body is made circular so as to reduce the cross section as the vehicle speed increases, but the habitability of passengers is not sufficiently taken into consideration. That is, sufficient consideration has not been given to ensuring a sufficient height to the ceiling surface in the passage portion where passengers walk while standing. On the other hand, by lowering the floor of the aisle as compared to other parts like the latter, it is possible to secure the height of the aisle to the ceiling surface. It does not disclose a specific configuration of a portion for supporting the floor plate by providing a step.
That is, no consideration is given to supporting a floor plate having a step with a simple structure.

The floor plate receiver is a vertically arranged vertical flange, a horizontal flange provided on an upper portion of the vertical flange to support a floor plate other than a passage portion, a horizontal flange provided on a lower portion of the vertical flange and joined to the horizontal beam, Since a horizontal flange that is provided on the intermediate passage side of the vertical flange and that supports the floor plate of the passage portion is integrally formed, the floor plate receivers are arranged in parallel to each other on both sides of the passage portion in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body so as to pass therethrough. It is possible to support the passage portion and the floor plate other than the passage portion only by doing so, and the floor portion can be easily configured without providing other special supporting members.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a side pillar that constitutes a side structure and a roof structure of a railcar structure, and is a skeleton member having a Z-shaped or U-shaped cross section. Reference numeral 2 is a side beam that is drawn in parallel to both sides of the vehicle body in the vehicle width direction along the vehicle body longitudinal direction. Reference numeral 3 denotes a lateral beam which is arranged between the side beams 2 in the vehicle body width direction. The side pillars 1 and the lateral beams 3 are curved beams having a curvature such that the sectional shape of the structure is circular. The curvature of the side pillar 1 is a size that can be set within a vehicle limit dimension in consideration of an underfloor device, a bogie, etc. (not shown), and can be appropriately selected. 4 is a side pillar 1 and a lateral beam 3
The outer plate is a thin plate that is joined to the outside of the vehicle, and is joined by spot welding or rivets over the entire circumference of the structure. The end portions of the side pillar 1, the side beam 2 and the lateral beam 3 are joined together by welding or rivets via a gusset or the like. Reference numeral 5 denotes a floor plate which is provided in a portion where a seat or the like is installed, that is, a portion other than the passage portion, and which supports the weight of passengers and the seat itself, and is arranged between the side beams 2. The floor plate 5 is made of plywood, honeycomb material, or extruded shape material made of light alloy, and the material is not particularly limited. Reference numeral 6 denotes a floor board support, which is arranged at a central portion in the vehicle width direction with a space corresponding to the width of the passage portion extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, and is supported and fixed to the upper portion of the lateral beam 3. The horizontal beams 3 are vertically arranged vertical flanges 6d, horizontal flanges 6b formed on the upper parts of the vertical flanges 6d and supporting the floor plate 5, and formed on the lower parts of the vertical flanges 6d and joined to the horizontal beams 3 Horizontal flange 6c and vertical flange 6d
It is composed of a horizontal flange 6a formed at a position where the floorboard members are opposed to each other in the middle part of the. The floor plate support 6 is an extruded shape member made of a light alloy, and each horizontal flange may be reinforced by applying ribs for improving strength depending on the supporting load condition. 5a is a floor plate of the passage part,
Similarly, it is made of plywood, honeycomb material, or extruded shape material made of light alloy, and is supported by the horizontal flange 6a of the floor plate receiver 6.

According to such a configuration, the floor plate 5a of the passage portion can be arranged at a position lower than the height of the floor plate 5 other than the passage portion, and the height of the passage portion to the ceiling surface is secured to improve the comfortability. In addition, since the floor plate support 6 is an extruded shape member that integrally configures the horizontal flange 6a, the horizontal flange 6b, the horizontal flange 6c, and the horizontal flange 6d, the support structure for each floor plate support 5, 5a can be easily configured. You can That is, since the heights of the floor plate receiver 5 and the floor plate receiver 5a are uniform in the vehicle body longitudinal direction, the floor plate receiver 5 and the floor plate receiver 5 are formed by extruding the floor plate receiver 6 in the vehicle body longitudinal direction. The structure can be simplified because it is not necessary to provide a special support member for supporting the receiver 5a. Further, since the floor board support 6 is made of a light alloy, the weight of the floor support 6 is light and contributes to the weight reduction of the entire vehicle body.
