DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a novel beauty nail preparation. More specifically, organically modified montmorillonite,
The present invention relates to a nail enamel containing silica and a non-aromatic solvent. In other words, the present invention relates to a nail polish that is safe for the human body, has no sedimentation of pigments and pearls, has excellent stability over time, and has good coating film properties and usability. (Prior art) Conventionally, an organically modified montmorillonite is blended in a nail enamel, and the sedimentation of pigments and pearling agents is prevented by utilizing the good thixotropy imparting property derived from the clay mineral of this product, and In this case, an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene or xylene has been used as the solvent. Aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as toluene swell the clay to form the best gel, and nail polish containing such a gel shows relatively good dispersion stability and sediments and separates over time. For this reason, toluene and the like have been considered to be indispensable as a solvent for this kind of nail polish. Also, there is an example in which hydrophobic silica is blended to further improve the dispersion stability and the stability over time (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-174003). However, since these use a gel composition in which toluene is essential, they are inevitably beautiful. Nail material also contains toluene. On the other hand, there is an example (Japanese Patent Publication No. 61-001044) in which a hydroxyl group-containing polar substance and a phenyl group-containing organosilicon compound are specially blended as a gel composition for nail pills that does not contain an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene and xylene. The technology about safe nail polish is established. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as toluene and xylene have a problem in safety to the human body,
It is known that frequent use of a beautiful nail material may cause damage or pain to the nail. Also, Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 61-0, which does not contain any toluene, xylene, etc.
01044 is safe for humans and imparts thixotropy, and has a relatively good dispersion stability and stability over time, but leaves room for further improvement in stability. In view of such circumstances, the present inventors have intensively studied to develop a nail polish that is safe for the human body, has excellent dispersion stability and stability over time, and has excellent coating properties and usability. As a result, it contains organically modified montmorillonite, silica, and non-aromatic solvents, is safe for the human body, has no sedimentation of pigments and pearling agents, has excellent stability over time, and has good coating properties and usability. We found a beautiful nail material and completed the present invention. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention is to provide a nail polish that contains organically modified montmorillonite, silica, and a non-aromatic solvent as essential components. Conventionally used aromatic hydrocarbon solvents such as toluene and xylene, phenyl group-containing organic silicon, and the like are substances that swell the clay and impart thixotropy. However, the present invention does not use toluene, xylene, etc. at all, and uses a non-aromatic solvent that is safe for the human body to impart excellent thixotropic properties to the interaction between organically modified montmorillonite and silica, thereby achieving a great object. . Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described. The organically modified montmorillonite used in the present invention is a substance obtained by chemically binding a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic activator and a nonionic higher organic polar compound to montmorillonite, which is a clay mineral, and is a commercially available product. For example, Benton (
Benton 27, Benton 34, Benton 38, etc., manufactured by National Red Co., Ltd.), and any of them can be used. These can be arbitrarily selected as necessary, and one or two
More than one species can be blended. The preferred compounding amount of these components is 0.2 to 3.0% by weight, more preferably 0.8 to 2.0% by weight. If the amount is less than 0.2% by weight, good thixotropy cannot be obtained, and if the amount exceeds 3.0% by weight, the glossiness and aging of the coating film of the nail polish become poor. The silica used in the present invention may be a well-known silica. For example, commercially available products include Aerosil # 200, Aerosil # 300, Aerosil # 380, and Aerosil R.
972 and the like. Among these, Aerosil # 200, Aerosil # 30
Particles having a particle size of less than 0.01 μm, such as 0 or Aerosil # 380, are preferred from the viewpoint of thixotropic properties. The preferred amount of these components is 0.1 to 2.0% by weight, more preferably 0 to 2.0% by weight.
.5 to 1.5% by weight. If the amount is less than 0.1% by weight, good thixotropy cannot be obtained, and the stability over time deteriorates. When the content exceeds 2.0% by weight, the gloss of the enamel coating film is poor in the usability and the durability over time is poor. The non-aromatic solvent used in the present invention broadly refers to organic solvents other than aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene, for example, n-butyl acetate, iso-butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, acetone, n-butanol, isopropyl Alcohol, ethyl alcohol and the like. One or more of these solvents can be blended. The preferred compounding amount of these components is 60 to 85% by weight. Furthermore, in addition to the above essential components, the nail polish of the present invention is blended with a film-forming agent, a resin, a plasticizer, a pigment, a pearling agent, etc. which are usually used in the nail enamel, and also an ultraviolet absorber, a humectant, Drugs, fragrances, water and the like can also be added in appropriate amounts. Of course, they must be used under qualitative and quantitative conditions that do not impair the purpose of the present invention. [Effects of the Invention] The present invention relates to a nail enamel that is safe for the human body, has no sedimentation of pigments and pearling agents, has excellent stability over time, and has good coating properties and usability. Compared to the prior art using an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene and xylene, the safety to the human body is high, the damage to the nails and the pain are very small, and the aging is excellent. In addition, the quality of the pearl agent is more excellent in terms of sedimentation, stability over time, physical properties of the coating film, and usability as compared with a nail polish which does not contain an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent such as toluene and xylene. EXAMPLES Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples. The compounding amount is% by weight. Prior to the examples, an effect test method and an evaluation method will be described in detail. Viscosity BL type viscometer rotor No.2, 6 rpm, 30 ° C, measured for 1 minute. Safety to the human body (abnormal nails) Sensory evaluation in actual use. n = 50 ◎ Nail abnormalities less than 3 ○ Nail abnormalities 3-5 ○ Nail abnormalities 6-10 △ Nail abnormalities 11-15 × Nail abnormalities 16 or more Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1 A nail polish was manufactured by a conventional method using the composition shown in Table 1, and the quality of each product was evaluated. As is evident from Table 1, Examples 1 and 2 are safe for human bodies, have no sedimentation of pigments and pearling agents, are excellent in stability over time, and have good coating film properties and usability.
On the other hand, the nail polish containing toluene and silica (Comparative Example 1) is excellent in stability, but is inferior in aging and safety to the human body, and abnormality in nails is recognized. Examples 3 to 5 With the compositions shown in Table 2, nail polish was produced by a conventional method, and the quality of each nail was evaluated. As is evident from Table 2, the nail polish of Examples 3 to 5 is safe for the human body, has no sedimentation of pigments and pearling agents, has excellent stability over time, and has excellent coating film properties and usability.
