れて薄肉となった天井板基材1の端部の破損を防止する
ことができるのである。

所の内面の金属溶射膜を対面させて吊具にて天井板基材
を吊下げ保持しているから、凹所の内面も含めた天井板
基材の表面に金属溶射膜が溶射されていて、端部の凹所
においても金属層を良好に形成することができ、しか
も、逆T字状の吊具の下端の横片部上に凹所の内面の金
属溶射膜を対面させて吊具にて天井板基材を吊下げ保持
するから、凹所が形成されて薄肉となった天井板基材の
端部の破損を防止することができ、かつ、金属溶射膜だ
から、凹所の角部においても空気溜まりなどを形成する
ことなく、良好に金属層を形成しやすく、逆T字状の吊
具にて天井板を吊下げ保持しやすいという利点がある。
