Increasing leisure time and interest in health promotion have increased the desire for recreational sports at all levels. The canoe boom is growing as a water sport, in line with the Japanese climate, where the rivers are short, there are many lakes and marshes, and there are four seasons with a lot of change. The achievements of the falto boat are great for that. Faltboats are canoes that can be folded to be suitable for touring and can be stored compactly. Its structure is to put a skin on a frame made of wood or aluminum, assemble each part as shown in Fig. 5 by itself (see Fig. 6), and build the skeleton of each part (see Fig. 7). It can be assembled completely by pushing it into the hull cloth (see Fig. 8), fastening the fasteners, taped, and putting air in about 7 to 10 minutes. Total length is about 4m
The total weight is about 15 to 20 kg, and it can be folded easily inside or outside 1m, so you can easily carry it (see Fig. 9) or hold it in your hand, get on a railroad, airplane or load it on a car, and easily travel. They carry a small boat on their back and assemble at their destination.

As described above, it is a feature of the fault boat that it can be easily carried by folding and can be assembled on its own, but it has some elasticity by using materials such as resin-coated tetron canvas and splash nylon. Even though the hull cloth is smaller than the completed skeleton assembly to provide tension after installation. Therefore, when assembling a boat, the type with only a cockpit opening as shown in Fig. 3 is disassembled, folded and stored, and each part of the skeleton is taken out and roughly divided into two parts, a front part and a rear part. Separately assemble and push in from the cockpit 2 which is the opening of the central deck part 1 of the fault boat, and tension the front and rear engaging parts (for example ~ x, y parts in Fig. 5) in the longitudinal direction of the boat. After fitting and adding tension to the hull cloth, the remaining small frames (for example, L and M in FIGS. 5 and 7) of the skeleton are attached from the opening of the cockpit 2 to each part. Is fixed with screws or the like. Thereafter, air is injected into the air tubes 3 disposed inside the hull cloths on both sides of the boat, so that the hull cloths are provided with tension in the left-right direction. A zipper 4 was provided between the cockpit 2 and the rear deck of the boat as shown in FIG. 4 so as to be openable and closable, thereby facilitating pushing of the skeleton. The work to be added had to be done from cockpit 2.

As described above, after the skeleton is pushed into the hull cloth, the front part and the rear part are fitted while applying tension in the front-rear direction of the boat, the small frame is attached, and each part is fixed with screws or the like. All of the work of "filling" had to be carried out by inserting the worker's body and both hands from the cockpit 2, but the cockpit 2 should be designed in consideration of the strength of the hull cloth, the prevention of water entry into the boat, and the maneuverability of the boat. The minimum size that the rower could enter was not good and could not be a wide opening. Therefore, there is a problem in that the above-mentioned work of "clogging" of the assembly performed from the cockpit 2 is inconvenient and inefficient.

In this case, a large opening for performing the assembling operation may be provided in the central deck portion, and the opening may be closed after the operation is completed.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to assemble the boat while assembling it while separating the skeleton into two and pushing it into the hull cloth while applying tension to the front and rear boats in the front-rear direction and mounting the small frame. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the efficiency of the assembling work and to double the enjoyment of canoeing by the rower by facilitating the work of assembling such as fixing each part with a screw or the like.

In a fault boat of a type in which the skeleton of each part is pushed into the hull cloth and assembled, the hull cloth has an opening serving as a cockpit, and a part of the periphery extending from the periphery of the opening is part of the hull cloth. An opening / closing portion provided with one locking piece of the fastener is formed as a central deck portion at the remaining peripheral end, and the opening and closing section adjacent to the one locking piece of the fastener is formed at the end of the hull cloth. When the fastener is disengaged by attaching the other locking piece of the fastener, the size of the opening is larger than the size of the opening in the central deck portion of the fault boat, and the skeleton of each part is easily pushed into the hull cloth. A zipper is formed so as to be able to open and close, and another zipper is provided at a central portion in the longitudinal direction of a portion corresponding to the rear deck portion of the hull cloth, and a fault boat which is formed to be openable and closable is provided. .

〔作用〕[Action]

If the fastener is released and the opening and closing part is opened, a work opening wider than the cockpit can be obtained in the center deck of the boat. If the fastener is locked and the opening / closing part is closed, the opening of the boat is only the cockpit.

Therefore, if the opening / closing portion is opened, the boat can be easily assembled from the wide opening. Further, if the opening / closing part is closed, there is no inconvenience in the strength of the hull cloth, the prevention of infiltration into the boat, and the maneuverability of the boat.

1 is a central deck portion of a fault boat provided on the hull cloth, 2 is an opening serving as a cockpit provided on the central deck portion (hereinafter simply referred to as a cockpit), 2a is a periphery of the cockpit, and 3 is a hull fabric of the fault boat. Air tube 4 provided on the inner side, 4 is a zipper provided on the rear deck, 5 is a central deck 1 of the fault boat, including the periphery 2a of cockpit 2 and one end of fastener 6 is locked on three sides. Pieces 6a, 6b, 6c (6c not shown)
The other locking pieces 6a ', 6b', 6c 'of the fastener 6 are provided on the hull side. Reference numeral 7 denotes a skeleton in which a front portion 7a and a rear portion 7b are connected.

After the skeleton 7 is separated and assembled into approximately two parts, a front part 7a and a rear part 7b, the fastener 4 of the rear deck and the fastener 6 of the opening / closing part 5 are pushed into the hull cloth on which the fastener is released, and the fastener 4 is locked. I do. At this time, since the fastener 6 is in the unlocked state, a large opening 5a is formed in the central deck 1. The body and both hands are inserted through the opening 5a to fit the front part 7a and the rear part 7b of the skeleton 7 while applying tension in the longitudinal direction of the boat, to attach the remaining small frame of the skeleton 7, and to screw each part. Do the work. Here, since the opening 5a is wider than the cockpit 2, the above operation is easy. Next, when the fastener 6 is locked, the opening / closing section 5 is engaged with the central deck section 1 and the opening is only the cockpit 2. Next, tension is applied to the boat in the left-right direction by injecting air into an air tube provided in the inner portion 3 of the hull cloth of the boat, and the assembling is completed when the hull cloth has been sufficiently stretched.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, opening the opening / closing section provides an opening wider than the cockpit in the center deck of the boat, so that tension is applied to the front and rear of the skeleton in the front-rear direction of the boat. The work of "filling" of assembly, such as fitting, mounting of a small frame, or fixing each part with screws, etc., can be easily performed, which improves the efficiency of assembly work and doubles the enjoyment of canoeing by rowers. .
