2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an LN in which a roof is formed of a steel material.
G In underground storage tanks, etc., a cold insulator is installed on the inner surface of the roof. A work platform that can be swiveled and rotated on the inner surface of the roof to perform inspections and maintenance such as whether the work of attaching the cold insulator and the attachment of the cold insulator are correct, or whether the cold insulator is damaged. Had been erected. This work scaffold has a length equivalent to the radius of the roof, one end of which is supported by a structure such as a manhole provided at the center of the roof, and the other end has a radial structure supported by the upper edge of the tank body. In addition, while rotating around the manhole part, work such as installation of a cold insulator, inspection, and maintenance were performed. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the work scaffolds as described above, a significant difference occurs in the work area between the center portion of the roof and the outer peripheral portion. Even if the work is completed in the center portion, the work is still performed in the peripheral portion. Thus, there is a problem that the work amount is unbalanced and the work efficiency is hindered. In addition, there is a limit even if the number of such work scaffolds is increased, and even if the number is increased, the unbalance of the work amount increases further toward the periphery.

According to the present invention, various works on the inner surface of the roof are performed separately by a work scaffold that turns and rotates along a plurality of sets of rails arranged concentrically. Since the number of work scaffolds is increased toward the outer periphery of the roof, the work area per vehicle is equalized, and work on the entire inner surface of the roof can be arbitrarily performed for each work scaffold. Further, by arranging the attached work base on the work scaffold, it is possible to save labor for attaching the cold insulator and the membrane to the inner surface of the roof.

Referring to FIG. 1, the configuration of a large storage tank will be described.
A shown in the figure is a large-diameter LN having a diameter of 50 to 70 m.
In the G underground storage tank, the roof 1 of the storage tank A has a concrete structure in which a reinforcing bar (not shown) is disposed and embedded. As a matter of course, as shown in FIG. 3, a cooling material 2 is provided on the entire inner surface of the roof 1, and a membrane 4 supported by the anchor 3 is stretched on the inner surface. Although not specifically shown, the inner surface of the concrete skeleton 5 constituting the storage tank A,
In addition, a cooling material is also provided on the upper surface of the concrete bottom slab 6, and a membrane is liquid-tightly stretched on the inner surface thereof. With respect to the storage tank A configured in this manner, this embodiment focuses on the fact that an anchor 3 for attaching a membrane 4 stretched through the cold insulator 2 to the roof 1 exists. A work scaffold, which will be described later, is additionally provided with a work scaffold suspension rail, and a work scaffold having a work amount equally distributed over the entire area inside the roof 1.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a plurality of sets of two rails 7 are concentrically provided around substantially the entire area inside the roof 1, and each set of rails 7 has a planar shape. The four corners at both ends of the work scaffold B, which is rectangular and whose longitudinal axis is along the radial direction of the roof 1, are suspended. FIG.
As is clear from FIG. 7, the number of the work scaffolds B is increased from the central portion to the outer peripheral portion, and the work amounts of the work scaffolds B on the respective rails are allocated substantially equally.
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the entire area of the ridge 1 is concentrically divided into working zones a, b, and c of a central portion, an intermediate portion, and an outer peripheral portion.
In work zone a, two work scaffolds B are attached, and work zone b
, Four work scaffolds B are suspended in the work zone C, and six work scaffolds B are suspended in the work zone C, so that the work amount of the work scaffold B in each of the work zones a, b, c is substantially reduced. Equalized.

Next, the means for erection of the rail 7 will be described with reference to FIG. The anchor 3 is embedded and fixed on the inner surface of the roof 1 having a concrete structure. The anchor 3 is composed of a plurality of bolts, and an anchor plate 8
Is supported on the inner surface of the roof 1. A support member 10 for screwing a bolt 9 is welded to a lower portion of the anchor plate 8, and a central portion of the membrane 4 is supported by the bolt 9 screwed to the support member 10. As described above, since the rail 7 for suspending the work scaffold B is provided using the anchor 3 for attaching the membrane 4, the support member 10 is provided as shown in the drawing.
Then, the connecting member 11 is joined and fastened with the bolt 9. The connecting member 11 is fixed to the rail 7, and the rail 7 is attached concentrically around the roof 1. The rail 7 has an I-shaped steel structure, and on both lower sides thereof, a rolling wheel 13 provided on a connecting body 12 having a channel structure is mounted and supported. The connecting rods 12 are fixed with pillars 14 vertically extending from the four corners of the work scaffold B. FIG. 3 shows only a part thereof, but this configuration is provided at the four corners of the work scaffold B, and the work scaffold B is suspended between two parallel rails 7 so as to be able to travel. . As means for traveling the work scaffold B with respect to the rail 7, means by manual operation by an operator, means by operation of a pulley mechanism (not shown) attached to the shaft of the wheel 13, and the like are employed. When the work scaffolds arranged in the work zones a, b, and c are arranged in series in the same radial direction, the work scaffolds B can be connected, and the work scaffold B in the central portion can be roofed. 1 is connected to a manhole 15 provided at the center of the work 1 so that a worker can enter and exit at the start and end of work.

Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, a work stand for attaching a roof insulation material and a membrane will be described. A pair of rails 17 are installed on the work scaffold B in a straight line in the radial direction, and the rails 17 are extended along the rails 17. The membrane 4 is attached by a jack 18 provided on the attached work base 16 which is movable. Although not particularly shown, the cold insulator 2 is similarly attached. However, membrane 4
In addition, since the shape of the cold insulator 2 differs depending on the attachment position, the position of the jack 18 can be arbitrarily changed, although not particularly shown. In addition, when moving the attached work platform to a work scaffold arranged in another work zone, as described above, when the work scaffolds are arranged in series in the same radial direction, each work scaffold is connected, and similarly, The rail 17 is also connected to the rail of another work scaffold so that the attached work base can move. In addition, other supporting equipment may be mounted on the attached work base 16.

According to the configuration of the present invention as described above, the following effects can be obtained. (A) A plurality of sets of rails are arranged concentrically inside the roof, and work scaffolds are suspended on each of the rails so as to be pivotable, so that each work scaffold is independently provided on the inner surface of the roof. And various operations can be performed, thereby improving the operation efficiency. (B) Since the number of work scaffolds is increased from the center to the outer periphery, the work area per work scaffold can be equalized, thereby improving work efficiency and shortening the construction period. I can do it. (C) It is possible to reduce labor required for the work of attaching the cold insulator and the membrane by using the attached work stand, and it is possible to rationally improve the work efficiency and shorten the construction period.
