Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a plastic sheet provided with ruled lines for folding and, more particularly, to a ruled line blade for attaching folding rules to a hard plastic sheet having a thickness of 0.1 to 1 mm. .

(Prior Art) When attaching a folding ruled line to a conventional plastic sheet, for example, a ruled line consisting of two parallel grooves is proposed as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 61-39544, and this ruled line is attached. As a ruled line blade for doing this, a blade having two ridges formed by overlapping two thin ruled line blades has been used.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional ruled line composed of two grooves described above, the bent portion has a property of recovering its shape due to the elasticity of the material (so-called springback property) when bent. Although it was smaller than the above, it was easy to finish it at a predetermined angle, but a springback having a smaller springback property has been required to be applied to a recent automatic processing apparatus. Further, with the above-mentioned ruled line blades, when trying to form a plurality of grooves that are extremely close to a thin plastic sheet, the overlapping blades may shift or expand from each other, making it difficult to obtain accurate blade edge shapes. There has been a problem that dimensional change is likely to occur, and moreover, the material is clogged between the blades to promote the above tendency.

The depth C of the ruled line 1 is the thickness B of the plastic sheet.
15-85% is required. If it is shallower than 15%, the spring back property will be large, and if it is deeper than 85%, the strength of the crease will be reduced and it will be easily broken when bent.

Regarding the cross-sectional shape of the ruled line 1, it is preferable that each groove be bent at a predetermined angle when the ruled line 1 is bent inward, in order to improve the bending accuracy. For that purpose, for example, the center line is formed as follows. It can be easily bent from the groove 22. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the central groove 22
Is deeper than both sides, for example, 20% or more, preferably 20 to 50% larger than the grooves 21, 23 on both sides. Third
As shown in the figure, the width of the central groove 22 is made large, for example, 1.2 to 2.5 times the width of the grooves 21 and 23 on both sides. As shown in FIG. 4, the angle is reduced only in the central groove 22.

Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the angles of the grooves 21 and 23 on both sides may be reduced so that the grooves 21 and 23 are bent to the full extent first, and then the center groove 22 is bent.

The width D of each ridge forming the female cutting edge 3 in FIG. 2 is 0.5 m.
If it is larger than m, the pressing force required for crease processing increases,
The distortion of the ruled line portion in the width direction becomes large, and changes in the entire ruled line such as waviness and warpage are likely to occur. The top width D of each ridge may be different within a range of 0.5 mm or less.

If the inner spacing E of the tops of the ridges is less than 0.05 mm, the springback property is increased. On the other hand, the interval E is 0.5 mm
If it exceeds the limit, 3 of the ruled lines obtained for thin sheets
Since the grooves of the book are bent independently of each other, only the specific grooves are bent, which tends to be unsightly.

When the height F of each ridge is less than 0.05 mm, when bent from the obtained ruled line, the bending amount is difficult to be clearly dispersed in the three grooves, and it becomes easy to look. In addition, not less than 1 mm has no merit in separately forming the groove, the strength of the cutting edge is reduced, dust and the like are easily clogged in the valley portion 5, and the cutting edge is apt to expand. When the height F of each ridge is set to 85% or less of the thickness B of the plastic sheet, the bottom of the valley 5 is brought into contact with the corresponding position of the ruled line when the ruled line is attached, so that dust is positively collected. It is preferable that the valley portion 5 has a substantially V-shaped cross-section so that this effect can be further enhanced.

The ruled blade may be attached to a flat base plate, or may be formed in a disc shape to enable continuous processing. Further, the ruled blade may be heated.

(Example) As a ruled line blade, the top width D of the central ridge 42 is 0.2 mm, the top width D of the ridges 41 and 43 on both sides is 0.1 mm, and the inner spacing E of the ridges is 0.25 mm. Blade edge 3 with all height F of 0.15 mm
Prepare a 0.25 mm thick polyvinyl chloride hard sheet (flexible temperature 56 ° C) with a width of 50 mm and a length of 120 mm, and press the center of the sheet over the entire width to obtain the entire width. A ruled line with A of 1 mm and depth C of 0.15 mm was formed.

Then, place the obtained sample on a base plate in an atmosphere of 20 ° C, fold it by hand so that the angle formed by the sheet on both sides of the crease line is 0 °, and spread a 5 Kg weight over the entire width of the crease. Place on folded sample for 5 seconds only. Then, the weight was removed, and after 1 minute, the angle formed by the sheets on both sides of the crease line from 0 was measured (hereinafter referred to as return angle). Folding was performed in two directions, one with the ruled line inside and the other side. Table 1 shows the results obtained by measuring 5 pieces under each condition and averaging them. Further, as a conventional example, using a ruled line blade of two layers, a ruled line having two grooves and the same overall width and depth as in the example was attached in the same manner as described above, and the return angle was measured in the same manner. The results are shown in Table 1.

As is clear from Table 1, the plastic sheet of the present invention having a ruled line composed of three grooves has an excellent smaller springback property than the conventional plastic sheet having a ruled line composed of two grooves.
