(Means for Solving Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has a holding means for sandwiching and holding a sheet and a plate to be adhered, and a peripheral portion of the sheet protruding from the plate to be adhered. A sandwiching frame that holds the sheet by sandwiching it from the front and back and bending the peripheral edge portion of the sheet to the back surface side of the plate to be stretched by relative movement with the retaining means in the sandwiching direction, and the peripheral edge portion of the sheet that is bendable A pusher that bends and folds back from around the adhered plate along its back surface and a fastening means that fixes the required position of the peripheral portion of the folded sheet to the back surface of the adhered plate. Is characterized by.

(Operation) According to the above configuration, the holding means that sandwiches the sheet and the plate to be stretched, and the sandwiching frame that sandwiches the peripheral edge of the sheet that protrudes from the plate to be stretched are relatively moved in the sandwiching direction. By moving the holding position of the peripheral edge of the sheet to the back side of the plate to be adhered, the peripheral edge of the sheet can be bent to the back side of the plate to be adhered. At this time, the central portion of the sheet whose peripheral portion is clamped by the clamping frame is pushed by the plate to be stretched, and the peripheral portion is pulled outward by an appropriate clamping friction by the clamping frame. Since it can be bent, the sheet can be provided with an appropriate expanded state and can be placed along at least the surface portion and the side peripheral portion of the plate to be tensioned.

By advancing the pusher from around the adhered plate to the adhered plate side, the peripheral edge portion of the sheet which is in a stretched state by being bent to the back surface side of the adhered plate of the sheet is attached to the adhered plate. It can be bent along the peripheral portion of the back surface of the plate and folded back, and the peripheral portion can be fixed to the peripheral portion of the rear surface of the plate to be tensioned and can be held in that state. At this time, the peripheral portion is folded back while being pulled inside the back surface of the plate to be stretched due to friction with the pushing body advancing, so that the sheet is provided with a more appropriate expansion state and the surface portion of the plate to be stretched and It is possible to extend along the entire range of the side peripheral portion and the peripheral portion of the back surface.

The front plate b is housed in the frame of the upper holding frame 3 and placed on the cover cloth a. The pushers 11 of the upper holding frame 3 are advanced inward to position the front plate b. Next, the upper holding plate 1 is lowered, and the cover cloth a and the front plate b are sandwiched between the lower holding plate 2 and the lower holding plate 2 as shown in FIG. In this sandwiched state, the upper holding plate 3 and the lower holding plate 4 are lowered. This lowering is performed while decreasing the internal pressure of the air cylinder 9 of the lower holding plate 2 and increasing the internal pressure of the air cylinder 7 of the upper holding plate 3 so as to maintain the balance between the two.

At this time, the central portion of the cover cloth a whose peripheral portions are clamped by the clamping frames 3 and 4 is pushed by the front plate b, and the peripheral portions are appropriately clamped by the clamping frames 3 and 4. Since the cover cloth a is bent while being pulled outward, the cover cloth a can be provided with an appropriate stretched state so that the cover cloth a can extend along at least the surface portion and the side peripheral portion of the front plate b.

As a result, the peripheral portion of the front plate b that is bent to the back surface side (two-dot chain line) is bent along the back surface of the front plate b and folded back (one-dot chain line), and the peripheral portion is surrounded by the rear surface of the front plate b. It can be attached to the part and can be held in that state. Further, since the peripheral edge portion is folded back while being pulled inward by friction with the upper end hook portion 5a, the cover cloth a is provided with a more appropriate expansion state so that it covers the entire area of the surface portion and the side peripheral portion of the front plate b. It is possible to run along the periphery of the back surface.

In the present embodiment, the cover cloth a is made of synthetic fiber having a higher melting point than the front plate b, and the heating temperature of the heat-welding member 6 is adjusted to the melting point of the front plate b. It is performed by impregnating the peripheral portion of the back surface of b into the cover cloth a and cooling and solidifying. When the sheet attached to the front plate b has liquid permeability, the fastening means may be configured to fix the sheet to the front plate b using an adhesive.
