変換装置において、 前記既存の交換機網側の通信回線から個別線信号の一つ
である監視信号のみを挿脱する監視信号挿脱部(17)
と、監視信号受信部(18)と、監視信号送出部(19)
と、変化信号送受部(20)と、衛星回線系へ監視信号を
転送するリンクの状態を監視するリンク管理部(21)
と、制御部(22)と、を具備し 発呼時、前記既存の交換機から通話回線(9)を介して
監視信号の一つである起動信号が転送されると、監視信
号挿脱部(17)がこれを取り出して監視信号受信部(1
8)へ転送し、監視信号受信部(18)では、該起動信号
