2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a tilting table, that is, a table which allows a main body to be rotated laterally or tilted up and down is often used for a display device or the like. FIG. 16 shows an example of this tilt base. In FIG. 16, reference numeral 21 denotes a curved surface member on which an object (not shown) such as a display device main body is placed, 22
Is a support member that supports the curved member. The support member 22 is provided with an annular pedestal 22a on the outer peripheral portion, and the pedestal 22a and the curved surface member 21 slide. By sliding the curved surface member 21 on the pedestal 22a, it becomes possible for the mounted object to make a rotational movement in a lateral direction and a tilting movement, that is, a movement inclining vertically.

Reference numeral 23 denotes a protrusion that is provided at the center of the support member 22,
A flange 24 is formed at the tip of the protrusion 23 to keep the engagement with the curved member 21 and prevent the support member 22 from falling off. On the other hand, a slit 25 is formed in the curved member 21 so that the tilt motion can be performed while the protruding portion 23 is penetrating. The width of the slit 25 is narrower than the width of the collar 24. Therefore, when the curved member 21 is attached to the support member 22, the collar portion 24 does not come off from the slit 25, and the curved portion 21 is supported by supporting the collar portion 24 on the back side of the curved member 21.
The detachment of the support member 22 from the support member 22 is prevented. Again slit 25
An insertion opening 26 through which the collar portion 24 can pass is formed at the end portion thereof only at a specific angle.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the configuration as described above, the collar portion 24 has the insertion opening
The curved member 21 can freely rotate over 360 degrees while being located at the position. And the collar 24
When the angle between the insert and the insertion slot 26 reaches a certain angle, the collar 24
Is separated from the insertion opening 26, and the curved surface member 21 and the support member 22 are easily separated. Then, for example, when the curved surface member and the support member happen to be at the above-described specific angle when the display body is lifted, only the support member 22 will fall apart.

It is also conceivable that the protrusion and the flange provided at the tip of the protrusion are formed as separate members, and the protrusion is passed through the curved member before the flange is attached. With this structure, the collar portion can be made sufficiently large, so that the above-mentioned problem does not occur. However, if the collars are formed in different pairs, the number of parts will increase accordingly, and the number of man-hours will increase at the time of mounting. In addition, since the collar portion needs to be attached, the curved member and the object to be placed must be separated from each other.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides two protrusions on a curved surface member, and a support member outer peripheral portion is provided with an abutting portion whose both sides can abut the above protrusion, It is configured such that the abutting portion is located on the track of the protrusion when the curved member is rotated with the protrusion on the supporting member side being positioned at the insertion port of the curved member. When the curved member is rotated while being displaced from the insertion opening, the abutting portion is disengaged from the trajectory of the protrusion so that the abutting portion does not contact the abutting portion, and the abutting portion is positioned between the protrusions. The angle between the curved surface member and the supporting member when being set is such that the flange portion can be removed from the insertion opening.

With the above configuration, even if the curved member is rotated with the protruding portion positioned at the insertion opening,
Rotation is hindered by hitting one of the protrusions on the abutting portion on the supporting member side, and the abutting portion does not come between the both protrusions. On the other hand, when the projection is displaced from the insertion opening and the projection is located at the insertion opening after being aligned with a specific rotation position, the abutting portion is formed on both projections. , And at that time, the collar portion can be removed from the insertion opening.

Embodiments Embodiments of the tilt base according to the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a tilt base in the present embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 is a curved surface member, which is mounted on the bottom of an object (not shown) such as a display device body. Reference numeral 2 is a supporting member that receives the curved member, and is provided with an annular receiving base 2a on the outer peripheral portion. Reference numeral 5 denotes a projecting portion projectingly provided in the central portion of the supporting member 2, and a flange portion 3 for preventing engagement of the supporting member 2 with the tip portion of the projecting portion 5 while keeping engagement with the curved member, 4 are formed. On the other hand, a slit 6 is formed in the curved member 1 so that the protrusion 5 can move in a penetrating state, and an insertion port 7 through which the collar portions 3 and 4 can pass is formed at an end of the slit 6. . The protrusion 5 is inserted through the insertion port 7. Then, by applying a force to the curved surface member 1 to perform a tilting movement, the protruding portion 5 moves along the slit 6. Then, in the slit portion, the sides 6a and 6b on both sides prevent the flange portion from coming off. Further, the flange portions 3 and 4 can pass through the insertion opening 7 only when the curved member 1 makes a certain angle with the support member 2.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION As described above, according to the present invention, the curved member is provided with the two protrusions, the support member is provided with the abutment portion that can be inserted between the two protrusions, and the protruding portion on the support member side is provided with the curved member. It is configured such that the abutting portion is located on the trajectory of the protrusion when the curved member is rotated at the position of the insertion opening, and the protruding portion is displaced from the insertion opening to form the curved member. When rotating, the abutting portion is disengaged from the trajectory of the protrusion so that the abutting portion does not contact the abutting portion, and the curved member and the curved member when the abutting portion is positioned between the protrusions Since the angle with the support member is such that the collar portion can be detached from the insertion opening, even if the curved member is rotated with the protruding portion located at the insertion opening, Make sure that one of the two protrusions touches the protrusion on the support member side. Te rotation is restricted, that the abutment portion comes between both projections is not, the flange portion is never detached from the insertion opening. Then, the angle formed between the curved member and the support member is set to a certain specific angle, and then the tilting movement is performed to position the protruding portion at the insertion opening so that the collar portion is separated from the insertion opening. Become. In other words, no matter how much the curved surface member is rotated, the collar portion does not separate from the insertion hole during the rotational movement as in the conventional case, only when the protruding portion is located at the insertion opening. The curved member and the support member will not be easily separated.
