本考案は、縦枠と横枠をくさび金具を利用して連結する構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
縦枠と横枠をくさび金具を利用して連結する構造としては種々のものが知られ
ている。
例えば、実公昭49−38348号公報に示すように、縦枠のビスホールにワ
ッシャを嵌挿した連結ビスを螺入し、この連結ビスのビス頭部とワッシャを横枠
の透孔に挿通し、そのビス頭部と横枠との間にくさび金具を圧入して縦枠と横枠
を連結するものが知られている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
かかる連結構造であると、連結ビスに嵌挿したワッシャを横枠の透孔に嵌合す
ることで縦枠と横枠を微動しないように仮保持しているので、例えば図1に示す
ように縦枠1の横枠取付板2に透孔3を形成し、横枠4の横板5にビスホール6
を形成し、ワッシャ7を嵌挿した連結ビス8をビスホール6に螺入してワッシャ
7を透孔3に挿入し、連結ビス8のビス頭部8aと縦板1の横枠取付板2内面2
aとの間にクサビ金具9を圧入して縦枠1と横枠4を連結する構造とした時に、
図2のようにビスホール6の中心6aが横板5より透孔3の半径だけ離隔するか
ら横板5に立上り片5aを一体的に形成し、その立上り片5aにビスホール6を
形成している。
このために、横枠4の材料が立上り片5a分たげ余分に必要となって材料費が
高くなってコスト高となる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
縦枠10の横枠取付板11に、大径孔13とこの大径孔13の一部と連続した
縦長の狭搾孔14より成るビス挿通孔12を形成し、また、前記ビス挿通孔12
より上方の位置に突起15を設け、横枠20の横板21にビスホール23を長手
方向に連続して形成し、前記大径孔13より小径のビス頭部31とこのビス頭部
31より小径で狭搾孔14と同一径の軸杆部32とネジ部33より成る連結ビス
30と、クサビ金具40とを備え、縦枠10と対向する横枠20の側には係止片
24を形成し、前記連結ビス30のネジ部33を横枠20のビスホール23に螺
入し、この連結ビス30のビス頭部31を大径孔13に挿通して軸杆部32を狭
搾孔14に嵌合して縦枠10と横枠20を仮保持し、縦枠10の横枠取付板11
の内面と連結ビス30のビス頭部31との間にクサビ金具40を圧入して横枠2

【作用】
連結ビス30の軸杆部32がビス挿通孔12の狭搾孔14に嵌合して連結ビス
30の中心がビス挿通孔12の大径孔13中心から離隔するので、横枠20のビ
スホール23を横板21に直接一体的に形成でき、従来のように立上り片が不要
となりそれだけ横枠4の材料費を安くできコスト安にできる。

【実施例】
図3に示すように、縦枠10の横枠取付板11には一対のビス挿通孔12,1
2が幅方向に間隔を置いて形成してあり、このビス挿通孔12は大径孔13と、
この大径孔13の一部と連続した縦長の狭搾穴14より成っている。
前記縦枠10の横枠取付板11におけるビス挿通孔12より上方位置に幅方向
一対の突起15が設けてあり、この突起15は横枠取付板11の一部分をコ字状
に切り込んで打ち出して一体的に設けてある。
横枠20は横板21と、その横板21の幅方向両端部に一体的に設けた一対の
縦板22,22で上向コ字状となり、その横板21にビスホール23が幅方向に
間隔を置いて一体形成され、前記一対の縦板22,22には係止片24が相対向
して一体的に形成してある。
連結ビス30はビス頭部31、ビス頭部31より小径の軸杆部32、軸杆部3
2より小径のネジ部33より成り、図4に示すようにそのネジ部33をビスホー
ル23に螺入して軸杆部32とネジ部33の段差部34をビスホール23の開口
端面23aに当接している。
クサビ金具40は縦板41に一対の縦溝42,42を形成すると共に、その各
縦溝42の両側縁にクサビ片43,43をそれぞれ打ち出し一体形成して成る。

図4に示すように、横枠20のビスホール23に連結ビス30のネジ部33を
螺入して軸杆部32とビス頭部31を突出する。
横枠20を縦枠10に向けて横方向に移動して連結ビス30のビス頭部31を
大径孔13に挿通し、横枠20を下方に移動して軸杆部32を狭搾穴14に嵌合
して縦枠10と横枠20を幅方向に微動しないように位置決めして仮保持する。
クサビ金具40の縦溝42を軸杆部32に挿入してビス頭部31と横枠取付板
11の内面11aとの間にクサビ金具40を圧入して横枠20の長手方向一端面
20aを縦枠10の横枠取付板11の外面11bに突き合せ連結する。
図4においてはシーラ50を介して突き合せてある。
これにより、縦枠10の横枠取付板11に設けた突起15が横枠20の係止片
24上面に接して横枠20が縦枠10の長手方向に抜け出ることを防止できる。
