1部材18とし、この第1部材18のブロック15に形
成した軸孔19にY方向(前後方向)に向う第2軸20
を回転自在に嵌合し、その第2軸20をナット21で固
定し、この第2軸20にZ方向(左右方向)に向う第3
軸22の長手方向中間部を固着し、この第3軸22の長
手方向両側部を一対のフレーム23に設けたブロック2
4の孔25に嵌合してナット26で固定し、この各フレ
ーム23にワーク支持具、例えば真空吸着パッド27を
取付けてあり、前記Y軸回転支承部がX軸回転支承部よ
り前方にオフセットし、Z軸回転支承部がY軸回転支承
部より前方にオフセットしている。
