Many of such volatilization devices include, as shown in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-2047, a large-diameter head that becomes a volatilization member using a sintered rod of polyethylene particles having water absorption and flexibility. A core member is integrally formed with a small-diameter core member for sucking up liquid connected to the lower surface of the head to form a core, and the core is attached to an inner stopper provided at the mouth of the bottle container. Of the core member is protruded and exposed above the inner stopper, and the tip of the core member is hung into the bottle container through a through hole formed in the bottom surface of the inner stopper, and the chemical in the bottle container is passed through the core member. It is constructed so that it is sucked up to the head and volatilizes into the air from the head protruding and exposed on the inner plug.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, an inner plug member 3 having a cylindrical holding portion 2 formed at the center thereof is fitted into an opening 1a of a glass container main body 1 formed by blow molding or the like. ,
The large-diameter portion 5 at the upper end of the core member 4 whose tip is immersed in the liquid of the container body 1 is engaged with and held by the holding portion 2 of the inner plug member 3, and is attached to the upper surface of the mouth 1 a of the container body 1. The holding member 7 on which the volatilizing member 6 is mounted is mounted, and the large diameter portion 5 at the upper end of the core member 4 is fitted into a hole 7a formed in the center of the holding member 7 so that the core member 4 and the volatilizing member A so-called filter paper type liquid volatilization device which is held in surface contact with the liquid 6 has also been proposed.

Among the known liquid volatilization devices, the former volatilization device integrally includes a core member for sucking up the liquid contained in the bottle container and a volatilization member for volatilizing the sucked liquid in the air. Since it is formed of the same material, the core body constituting the volatilization mechanism is easily broken at the connection portion with the head or at the core portion. If the core body is damaged, it cannot be used as a volatilization member.

Also, in the volatilization device, since the head and the core body, which are the volatilization members, are integrally formed using the same material,
Since the capillarity of the head and the core body is the same, the larger the shape of the container body or the greater the volatilization amount, the larger the shape of the head itself needs to be made. It is necessary to increase the amount of liquid sucked up from the core body, so the diameter of the core member must be made large naturally, and it is used for glass bottles so that the reduction state of the stored liquid can be visually judged. In such a case, there is a disadvantage that the appearance of the core deteriorates because the core body is thick.

On the other hand, the latter type of filter paper type volatilization device is manufactured separately with a core member that sucks up the liquid in the container body and a volatilization member that volatilizes the sucked up liquid. Can be replaced, but it is necessary to separately manufacture a holding member for holding the volatilizing member at the mouth of the container body, which requires cumbersome work and assembly of the volatilizing device and increases the number of parts. Therefore, there are many problems to be solved practically, such as inability to reduce the cost of products.

In view of the present situation, the present invention has a very simple structure of the volatilization device, is easy to assemble, and can make the core member having one end immersed in the container holding the liquid as thin as possible. It is an object of the present invention to provide a liquid volatilization device capable of surely sucking up the liquid in the container body even if the thickness of the liquid is reduced and ensuring a sufficient volatilization amount.

In addition, the volatilizing member is preferably a deformed monofilament made of a thermoplastic resin constituting the core member, or a member having a larger capillary force than the holding member has. Specifically, thermoplastic synthetic fibers are heat-sealed or the like. Focusing and coupling, and other porous materials such as felt, filter paper, etc. The shape is limited if there is a hole in the center that can hold the holder holding the core member that constitutes the volatilization mechanism. No,
If the whole is a plate shape or a column shape, it can be easily obtained by punching, which is convenient, and the planar shape can be various shapes such as a disk shape, a flower shape, and a heart shape.

The liquid volatilization device of the present invention comprises a core member for the liquid accommodated in the container body, a holding member for fitting and holding the upper end of the core member, and a volatilization member for fitting and holding the holding member. Since the volatilization mechanism composed of these members is integrally held at the mouth of the container body by one holding member, a holding mechanism for holding only the volatilization member at the mouth of the container body is required. Instead, the manufacture and assembly of the volatilization device becomes extremely simple.

Further, since the surface of the volatilizing member for volatilizing the liquid directly into the air can be exposed to the maximum, the volatilization efficiency of the liquid is extremely high, and as a result, the volatilizing member can be downsized.

The holding member 12 is made of a porous body formed by consolidating and bonding polyester fibers with an adhesive to form a column. The holding member 12 has a stronger capillary force than the core member 11, and has a core member 11 at the center thereof. Depending on the material constituting the holding body 12, the core member 11 can be contacted and held by piercing the center of the holding body 12,
In some cases, it is difficult to hold the contact by piercing, depending on the material used. In such a case, a holding hole having an inner diameter almost equal to the outer diameter of the core member 11 to be used is formed in the center of the holder 12 in advance. It is necessary to keep it.

The liquid volatilization device of the present invention includes a core member made of a deformed monofilament made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and the upper end portion of the core member is pierced and held in contact with the core member, or the base end of the core member is inserted into a hole formed in the center portion. A volatilizing mechanism is constituted by a holding body that fits and holds the portion and a volatilizing member that fits and holds the holding body, and the volatilizing mechanism is configured to be held at a mouth of the container body by using a holding member. As compared with the conventional filter paper type liquid vaporizer, it does not require a special holding member to hold the volatile member, and by maximally exposing the surface of the volatile member, a small volatile member can be obtained. However, since a sufficient volatilization effect can be expected, the volatilization device itself can be downsized.

In particular, the liquid volatilization device of the present invention can hold the volatilization member on the mouth of the container body without using any special holding member as described above, so the shape of the volatilization mechanism can be freely selected. This greatly improves the degree of freedom in the design of the volatilization device, and provides a significant difference in the capillary force of each member constituting the volatilization mechanism. Because it can be made thinner, it has a good appearance even when used for a container body that allows the inside to be visually observed, and can supply a sufficient amount of liquid to a volatilizing member that directly volatilizes the liquid. It has the advantage of:
