Bellows formed by the sheet material according to the present invention, the folding means belongs to a sewn bellows formed by stitching sheet pieces separated from each other, not a foldable bellows formed by bending a continuous sheet, Further, the cross-sectional shape of the bellows belongs to a part of the entire circumference of the object to be coated, generally a sewn-type bellows having a concave covering shape excluding the bottom surface.

Conventionally, a folding type bellows is first made by folding back a continuous sheet in a zigzag shape. Therefore, the folding type bellows has advantages that it is easier and cheaper to manufacture than the sewn type bellows, because it takes less labor and time for production. However, the folding type bellows has the following disadvantages, that is, in the initial state when the bellows is completed, that is, in an unloaded state, as a remnant obtained by performing a zigzag-like folding process on a continuous sheet material, a zigzag-shaped folding is performed. A moderate initial expansion is observed at the variable angle, so it not only takes up space in the initial state, but it follows the displacement relatively faithfully to the tensile pressure load, but does not follow the compression pressure load. The range of compression displacement is limited due to the drawback that resistance is generated and displacement occurs in a direction deviating from the compression direction.

On the other hand, the sewn-type bellows has a structure in which sheet pieces separated from each other are stacked and sewn together along the outer edge and the inner edge between the adjacent sheets to be integrated, so that in the initial state of no load, Since the origin is the most compressed shape in which adjacent sheets are in close contact with each other, it has the advantage of not taking up space.
In that respect, the adverse effect of the folding bellows is overcome.

However, the sewn-type bellows has the drawback of requiring more manufacturing time and time and higher cost than the folding-type bellows. And the defect is due to the general manufacturing process of the conventional suture type bellows.

That is, the manufacturing process of the conventional suture type bellows is
As shown in Fig. 2, first, a sheet material 1 coated with neoprene rubber is punched into a concave shape (see Fig. 2b) to prepare a large number of concave shaped sheets 2, 2a, 2b, 2c. Then, the concave sheets 2, 2a and 2b, 2c are superposed on each other two by two, and each inner edge portion 4 is sewn (internal sewing) (see FIG. 2c), and further the concave sheet 2a , 2b are sewn together at the outer edge portion 5 (outer sewing) (Fig. 2d)
(See), the inner sewing and the outer sewing are alternately performed in this manner to create the sewn bellows. Further, when the concave-shaped sheets are overlapped with each other, glue may be applied along the suture line in advance and the suture work may be performed by temporarily fixing.
As described above, the conventional manufacturing process of the sewn-type bellows requires time and labor.

As described above, the sewn-type bellows has an advantage over the folded-type bellows in that it is advantageous in terms of compression and does not take up a lot of space, but the following drawback is that all the concave sheets of the sewn-type bellows are separated one by one. Therefore, it takes time and labor to correctly stack the concave-shaped sheets, and further, if misalignment occurs during stitching, the finished product will be kinked. Was a highly skilled task. In addition, the number of steps is further increased when temporary fixing is performed using glue in order to prevent displacement.

The object of the present invention is to save the advantages of the suture bellows, which has the advantage of being compact and space-saving, while at the same time reducing its disadvantages, that is, the number of steps and time in the manufacturing process, without requiring skill. It is an object of the present invention to provide a sheet material having a special shape for forming a sewn-type bellows which can easily and inexpensively produce an accurate finished product without kinking or displacement.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the sutured bellows forming sheet material according to the present invention has a large number of concave-shaped sheets having the same shape and the same size, which are alternately connected in the normal position and the reverse position, that is, one of them is adjacent. At the boundary, the bottom side and the bottom side of the concave sheet are connected by a sewing line, and at the other adjacent boundary, the pair of projecting ends and the projecting ends of the concave sheet are connected in a state where they are left uncut at each inner end. It forms a continuous strip.

When folded back and overlapped with each other, only three positions where the connecting positions of the concave-shaped sheets adjacent to each other are limited, that is, the total of the connecting parts between the bottoms of the concave-shaped parts and the partially cut-off connecting parts between the pair of protruding ends are combined. It is a place, but these three points correctly position each other, and no kinks or shifts occur.

In the sewn-type bellows forming sheet material according to the present invention, the concave-shaped sheets must be separated from each other, and since all of them are connected one after another, they are folded back one after another at each boundary line and sewn together as if they were folded. Like the mold bellows, the basic shape of the suture bellows can be formed. Further, at the time of stitching, the positioning of the adjacent concave-shaped sheets with respect to each other is performed at a total of three places, that is, the connecting portions between the bottoms of the concave-shaped sheets and the partially cut-off connecting portions between the pair of projecting ends of the concave-shaped sheets. Since the accuracy of the sewing work is improved, the time and labor required for superposition and the work space are greatly reduced compared to the conventional suture type bellows, and the highly accurate suture type bellows with less kinking is provided. Can be supplied. In addition, not only the work efficiency is greatly improved, but also the skilled worker is not required for the work, and the production cost can be remarkably reduced.

Further, according to the present invention, in the boundary between the concave-shaped sheets adjacent to each other, the bottom side of the concave-shaped sheet is connected by a sewing line at one adjacent boundary, and the pair of projecting ends and the projecting point of the concave-shaped sheet at the other adjacent boundary. Since and are connected to each other by being left uncut at each inner edge portion, even if the thread for sewing is unraveled, there is no gap between the two, and therefore it is difficult for fine dust to enter the inside.
