DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an improvement in a non-slip member of a tire anti-slip device, and more particularly to a metal ladder-type tire anti-slip device.

である。
(Conventional technology and its problems) A conventional metal ladder-type tire anti-slip device has a plurality of anti-slip members (cross chains) formed by linking a plurality of metal ring members between both side chains. The metal anti-slip member is excellent in drivability on a frozen road surface because the metal anti-slip member bites into a frozen surface and is caught.

しかし、タイヤ滑り止め具そのものは着脱作業が面倒

However, since the tire anti-slip device itself is cumbersome to put on and take off, once it is mounted, it is often released on road conditions, for example, on a road surface where frozen road surfaces are scattered. In the non-slip device, since the non-slip member that is bridged over the tread portion (ground surface) of the tire is made of only a metal non-slip member, there is a high risk of damaging the road surface other than on a frozen road surface. There was a problem that the deflection during running easily caused damage such as cracking of the non-slip member itself.

更に、金属製の滑り止め部材の夫々のリング部材同士

Further, since the ring members of the metal anti-slip member come into contact with each other while moving violently, wear is fast and noise is generated.

Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 60-98506, the entire metal non-slip member body is covered with rubber so that each ring member is completely in the interior state so that it does not come into contact with the road surface. Although the tool was intended to be protected, the metal anti-slip member could not exhibit the inherent drivability.

(Problems to be solved by the present invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the related art, and has as its object to provide a metal anti-slip member having excellent driving performance. It is another object of the present invention to provide a ladder-type tire anti-slip device which can protect the road surface and prevent noise, and has less wear and damage to the metal anti-slip member.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, a technical means of the present invention is to form a non-slip member by coating a metal chain with rubber, and to attach the non-slip member to the left and right side chains. A tire anti-slip device formed by bridging a large number of tires at predetermined intervals over a space between the metal chains by a covering portion having a rectangular cross section formed by rubber or synthetic resin and having a length extending in the width direction of the tire tread portion. The entire desired range in the direction is covered and provided integrally with the same thickness portion as the buried area below the chain, and only the upper surface of each ring member constituting the covered metal chain is provided. Are partially projected on the ground surface side of the covering portion, respectively, to constitute a non-slip member.

(Operation) By the technical means described above, the covering portions of the non-slip members are respectively located on the tread portions of the tires, and the upper surfaces of the respective ring members projecting toward the covering contact surface (upper surface) face the road surface.

However, in this embodiment, since the connection state of the respective ring members (3a) of the metal chain (3) is covered in a substantially X-shape (FIG. 5), the ring members (3a). The number of upper surfaces (3a ') of the ring members (3a) protruding from the surface of the coating portion (4) is larger than that of the case where the coating is performed in a state of being connected to the cover portion (4), and the driveability is improved. The protrusion may be one in which the protruding portion is on a straight line.

In a tire anti-slip device comprising a non-slip member in which the entire metal chain is simply covered with rubber or resin as in the prior art, the road surface and the metal chain can be protected. Although it did not touch the road surface and could not exhibit the excellent driveability of the metal chain at all, the present invention puts each of the coated metal chains on the upper surface of the coating part made of rubber etc. Because the upper surface of each ring member is made to protrude, the upper surface of each ring member bites into the frozen road surface and is hooked. Even if it is left on the road surface where the frozen road surface is scattered, there is little risk of damaging the road surface, and the link that constitutes the metal chain High very useful and practical it is assumed that wear and prevent damage to the member can be reduced effectively.

そして、各リング部材の上面のみを突出せしめた状態

Then, since only the upper surface of each ring member is protruded and portions other than the upper surface are covered with the covering portion so as to be buried, the ring member does not swing and does not drop upward. .

Therefore, there is no shift between the chain and the covering portion,
Since the chain does not rise from the covering portion, there is no damage (cutting, etc.) of the chain, and the upper surfaces of all the ring members covered by the covering portion can always be protruded and grounded, so that the chain can be surely grounded. Thus, it is possible to provide excellent driving performance.

In addition, the covering portion made of rubber or the like is provided integrally under the metal chain covered in the buried state by covering the metal chain in a state in which the same thick portion as the buried area is provided. Therefore, the vibration transmitted to the metal chain projecting portion is sufficiently absorbed.
