(57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】(57) [Scope of request for utility model registration] 【請求項1】碁盤目状に形成した格子ブロックを互いに
連結して形成するモザイクパネルにおいて、 縦横に連続して碁盤目を形成する区画壁の各交点に設け
た補強部の中心に通孔を形成し、角隅部に位置する交点
に4分割筒部、角隅部以外の周縁部分に位置する交点に
2分割筒部を夫々形成し、且つ、周縁部分の区劃壁を他
の区劃壁の半分の肉厚を形成した外枠を有した格子ブロ
ックの表側に、前記通孔の周囲に位置させて4個の掛止
片を上方に突設させると共に、各交点の通孔周面に設け
た補強部を裏面側に延長して突出させて筒部を設けた格
子ブロックと、 前記格子ブロックと同じピッチの碁盤目に形成し、前記
通孔に挿通するように前記交点に設けた通孔と同間隔に
設けたねじ棒からなる連結部を各交点に設けると共に、
該縦横の碁盤目の端部外方に夫々爪片を形成した連結表
具と、 該連結表具と対をなして該連結表具の連結部が前記格子
ブロックの通孔を介して挿通できるように同間隔に孔部
を設けた連結受具とからなり、 隣接させた格子ブロックの各角隅部の表面には、前記掛
止片を案内にして該連結表具の連結部を該通孔に挿入さ
せ、また、該格子ブロックの裏面に設けた筒部上に連結
受具を当接させて前記各連結部を締付けて複数個所を連
結させることを特徴とするモザイクパネル。
1.
