端部を嵌着させている。又上記空気吸入小孔20と内向き
フランジ21との間の継手管部分には、筒部22下端内縁の
一部から弾性連結片を介して弁板23を突出する弁形成部
材を、その弁板23を上記内向きにフランジ上へ載置させ
て嵌合させることで第2吸込み弁24を設けている。又上
記小外径部の空気吸入小孔20側方に第2図、第3図が示
すように突条25を縦設し、かつその突条をストッパとし
て回動可能に小外径部外面へ横断面C字形状の短管状部
材26を嵌合させ、その一部外面に付設した指掛け片27を
利用してその短管状部材26を回動させることで第2図、
第3図が示すように空気吸入小孔20を開閉可能としてい
る。

部に切欠き34を有して、その切欠き内へ上記ストッパと
しての突条25を位置させることで上方継手管31の下半外
面へ嵌合され、又突条25両側面に切欠きの両側縁が接し
ない範囲で回動可能とする外管部35下端から内向きフラ
ンジを介して上方継手管31の下半内面へ内管部36を起立
し、かつ内向きフランジ下面から下半管部37を垂設して
該下半管部内へ吸上げパイプ6cを上端部を嵌着させてい
る。上記内管部36上端面と弁板23とで第2吸込み弁24を
形成させる。外管部外面からは指掛け片27を突出させ、
該指掛け片による下半継手管32回動により切欠き34の一
方側縁がストッパとしての突条25の一方側縁に接したと
き空気吸入小孔20が閉塞され、又切欠きの他方側縁が突
条25の他方側縁に接するまで回動させたとき、空気吸入
小孔20が開孔されるよう設けている。

液体量とのバランスが乱れることがなく、更に吐出弁13
とノズル孔先端との間の吐出路途中に空気と液体混合用
の網15を張設したから、発泡化を容易とすることが出来
る。
