FIG. 2 shows, as an example, a hot repair state of the immersion pipe of the RH type degasser. Referring to the figure, at the time of installation, the repair material spraying pipe C is inserted into the wear dip pipe B, which had a thickness shape indicated by the one-dot chain line A, and the gas blowing pipe D provided in the dip pipe B is inserted. In order to prevent the opening E from being closed, the repair material F is sprayed onto the worn surface G while the gas is being sprayed from the spray pipe D.

In repairing by such a spraying method, not only the repairing material itself that comes from the spraying method itself, such as the addition of moisture to the spraying material, the adhesion to the repair surface, etc., but also the shape of the repaired body is restricted. However, it was not possible to obtain a repaired body having an accurate shape, and therefore the service life after repairing was short, which was a major obstacle in terms of operation.

The problem to be solved in the present invention is to find a method for preventing blockage of the gas injection pipe during repair work, regardless of the gas injection from the gas injection pipe provided in the immersion pipe, and thereby the conventional blowing method. Instead, a mold filling method for an amorphous fire resistant composition can be adopted to obtain a repair work body having good durability.

According to the present invention, a flexible rod is inserted through a gas blowing pipe, the tip of the flexible rod is projected to a required length equal to or greater than the construction thickness of the repair material, and then a refractory material is filled with a formwork. By repairing, the above-mentioned subject was able to be achieved.

Referring to FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a mold for casting a repair material, which is a mold having the same internal shape as when newly installed.
The mold 1 is made of an ordinary iron plate having a thickness of 2 to 3 mm, and a sealing material 2 made of an amorphous refractory, an inorganic fiber, etc.
Is attached to prevent wear of the refractory material press-fitted into the mold 1 in contact with the outer wall of the lower end of the wear dip tube B. Three
Indicates a repair material press-fitting branch pipe provided in the substantially central portion of the mold 1, and is branched into several pieces so as to enable uniform press-fitting and is connected to the repair material feed pipe 4. Reference numeral 5 denotes a loading / unloading device for a flexible rod-shaped body 6 such as a wire having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the gas blowing pipe D, which is attached to an appropriate frame outside the dipping pipe B.

When carrying out the method of the present invention, the mold 1 having a predetermined shape is installed so as to cover the inner wear surface G, and the flexible rod-shaped body 6 is inserted into the gas blowing pipe D from the loading / unloading device 5 of the rod-shaped body 6. , And the rod-shaped body 6 is projected from the opening E of the gas blowing pipe D and brought into contact with the inner surface of the mold 1. After that, the repairable meltable castable is filled in the mold 1 from the repairing material feeding pipe 4 through the repairing material press-fitting branch pipe 3. Since the rod-shaped body 6 near the inner diameter of the gas injection pipe D is installed in the mold 1, that portion forms a gas injection passage, and then the rod-shaped body 6 is connected to the gas injection pipe D.
By pulling out from above, a gas blowing passage which is continuous with the gas blowing pipe D and has an opening on the inner surface of the construction body is formed.
