対して刃体を確実に保持できるものの、刃体の切れ味が
悪くなっても、これを容易に交換できなかった。

持腔3、刃体4、押え体5とからその主要部が構成され
ている。本体2は、刃体取付装置1の基本部分を為すも
ので、この例では、略亀頭形を呈し、合成樹脂製にして
ある。つまり、円板6とこれの後側に連設された腕板7
とを備え、円板6の左側(図1に於て右側)には受穴8
が、円板6の右側には上部が斜めに切除された短軸9
が、円板6並びに短軸9の中心には軸孔10が、円板6
の下寄りには刃体保持腔3に連通する窓孔11が夫々形
成してある。本体2は、図略しているが、例えば実開昭
60−179280号と同様なペーパカッタに回動調節
部材として用いられ、受穴8と短軸9と軸孔10とが利
用されてガイド支持板に俯仰可能に枢結される。刃体保
持腔3は、本体2に設けられて上方の全てと下方の一部
が開放されたもので、この例では、略縦長平行四辺形を
呈し、円板6の前側に設けられている。つまり、前壁と
後壁と下壁と半円状の左壁と右壁に依り囲繞されて形成
され、上方の全てと下方の前側一部と左方の左壁を除く
大半と右方の窓孔11部分が夫々開放されている。刃体
4は、刃体保持腔3の上方から挿入されて下方からその
刃先12が突出されるもので、この例では、略縦長平行
四辺形を呈し、鋼製にしてある。つまり、下辺には刃1
3が形成され、前下部には刃先12が形成されている。
刃体4は、長辺が5mm、短辺が1.8mm、厚さ0.
4mm、傾斜角度70度にしてある。押え体5は、本体
2に設けられて刃体4を下方へ弾圧可能で且つ刃体4の
厚さ方向に変位可能なもので、この例では、円弧状を呈
し、合成樹脂製にしてあり、円板6の上部に一体的に設
けて弾性を保有させてある。つまり、基端が円板6の上
部に片持ち状に連設されて前下側へ延出されると共に、
先端には上壁と左壁を形成する段部14が形設されてい
る。次に、この様な構成に基づいて作用を述解する。刃
体4を本体2に装着する場合は、図3の如く、押え体5
の先端を刃体4の厚さ方向つまり左方向(同図に於て右
方向)に変位する。押え体5を変位すると、刃体保持腔
3の上方が開放されるので、ここから刃体4を挿入す
る。刃体4を挿入すると、刃体保持腔3の下方から刃先
12が突出すると共に、刃体保持腔3の上方から刃体4
の前上部が露出される。そして、押え体5の変位を戻し
て段部14を刃体4の前上部に掛合させる。そうする
と、押え体5に依り刃体4が下方へ弾圧されて本体2に
保持される。つまり、刃体4は、押え体5に依り下方へ
弾圧されて刃体保持腔3を形成する各壁並びに押え体5
の段部14を形成する各壁に適正に当合して位置決め保
持される。そして、突出された刃先12に依り紙等の被
切断物を切断する事ができる。刃体4を本体2から離脱
する場合は、前述の逆の要領で行なう。刃体4は、刃体
保持腔3の下方から刃先12が突出すべく刃体保持腔3
に挿入されていると共に、押え体5に依り下方へ弾圧さ
れているので、本体2に対して確実に保持される。刃体
4は、押え体5を左方向に変位する事に依り刃体保持腔
3に対して容易に挿脱できる。この場合、押え体5の変
位量は、刃体4の厚さに近い極めて少ないもので済む。
刃体4は、押え体5の弾圧に抗して上方へ移動できるの
で、過負荷が掛かっても、損傷等を防止できる。
