The present invention is a mesh-structured woven fabric containing a fiber component composed of a low melting point polymer or a low softening point polymer and fixed by the fiber component, and a large number of protrusions formed on the woven fabric by deep drawing. A composite structure in which the sheet-like material on which is formed is used as an intermediate layer, and any one of the fiber layered material, the foamed polymer, and the plate-shaped material is laminated on both surfaces of the sheet-like material. Further, the present invention is a composite structure used as an intermediate layer constituting a futon, a mat for betting, a fusuma, a partition plate, a soundproof material and the like. That is, the honeycomb structure sheet-like material constituting the intermediate layer of the composite structure of the present invention is, for example, nylon-66 fiber, nylon-6 fiber, nylon-610 fiber, polyamide fiber such as aromatic polyamide fiber, polyethylene terephthalate. Fibers, polybutylene terephthalate fibers, polyethylene isophthalate fibers, polyester fibers such as wholly aromatic polyester fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers, polyolefin fibers such as polypropylene fibers, acrylonitrile fibers, fiber fibers selected from cellulose acetate fibers, preferably Has a cutting strength of 8 g / dr or more,
A structural knitted fabric mainly composed of synthetic fiber yarns having a breaking elongation of 10% or less is preferable. For example, nylon-66
High melting point synthetic fiber selected from fiber, nylon-6 fiber, nylon-610 fiber, aromatic polyamide fiber, polyethylene terephthalate fiber, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, polyethylene isophthalate fiber, wholly aromatic polyester fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber and the like. Yarn (main fiber), low melting point thermoplastic fiber at least 20 ° C. lower than the melting point of high melting point synthetic fiber, for example, hexamethylene terephthalate copolymer fiber, polybutylene terephthalate fiber, nylon-6 fiber, nylon-11 fiber, nylon-
10 to 50% by weight of fibers selected from 12 fibers, polyethylene fibers, ethylene copolymer fibers, polypropylene fibers, propylene copolymer fibers, vinyl chloride copolymer fibers, etc. After constructing a mesh-structured woven fabric with, a sheet-like product obtained by heat-treating and fixing the woven fabric with a thermal deformation product of low-melting point thermoplastic fiber, or a sheet-like product obtained by fixing with a thermal deformation product and a binder resin Polymers, high softening point polymers such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, nylon-6, nylon-6
6, a polymer selected from polypropylene or the like as a core component, a low melting point thermoplastic polymer, for example, a polymer selected from hexamethylene terephthalate copolymer, polyethylene, propylene copolymer, vinyl chloride copolymer, etc. A synthetic fiber in which a core-sheath type composite fiber yarn having a sheath component as a sheath component and a high softening point fiber (main fiber) higher than the melting point of the sheath component polymer of the core-sheath type composite fiber by at least 20 ° C. After constructing a mesh structure woven fabric with threads, it was heat-treated to fix the woven fabric with a thermal deformation of a sheath component thermoplastic polymer, or a sheet obtained by fixing the thermal deformation with a binder resin. It is a sheet-like article, which is formed by deep-drawing to form a large number of projections. The polymer to which these fibers constituting the knitted fabric are fixed is preferably 10 to 50% by weight of the honeycomb structure sheet material. When the amount of the polymer is small, the result of fixing the tissue structure cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the amount of the polymer is large, the strong contribution to the product becomes small. The mesh structure knitted fabric has a total fiber of 100 to 20000 dr, preferably a fiber yarn such as filament yarn or spun yarn of 150 to 3000 dr, for example, Russell knitting method, weft insertion Russell knitting method, plain knitting method Use cloth. The mesh size of the mesh structure knitted fabric is preferably 1 mm to 5 mm depending on the purpose of use of the sheet material of the present invention. Then, in the case of using a fiber yarn or a core-sheath type composite fiber yarn in which a low melting point thermoplastic fiber is mixed / spun / twisted with the main fiber, the temperature at which the low melting point thermoplastic polymer is softened / melted, Generally heat treated at a temperature in the range of 240-120 ℃,
The structure of the woven fabric is fixed by the thermal deformation of the fiber component. Further, a preferable binder resin used for fixing the textile fabric is a resin having a small amount of deformation, for example, vinyl chloride resin, melamine resin, epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyamide resin, phenol resin, and the like, and other isocyanate compounds. Can also be used. Then, the sheet-like material obtained by the resin treatment is stretched as necessary to fix the elongation at the time of cutting the sheet-like material to 6% or less, preferably 5% or less. If the elongation at the time of cutting is large, deformation occurs during use, which is not preferable. The honeycomb structure sheet-like product of the present invention has a pair of deep portions composed of concave and convex portions having a circular or polygonal structure before, at the same time as, or after fixing the mesh structure woven fabric made of a fibrous material with the polymer. It is a sheet-shaped product that has been subjected to deep drawing with a drawing machine and has a large number of protrusions. In deep drawing, it is preferable that at least one of the molds is heated above the softening temperature of the resin fixing the fiber. The deep drawing molding referred to in the present invention has a height of 5 mm to 5 cm,
The area ratio is preferably 110 to 400. A honeycomb structure sheet-like material having a toughness and excellent flexibility in this range can be obtained. Here, the area ratio is obtained by dividing the area after molding by the area before molding and multiplying the quotient by 100. Hereinafter, a composite structure having the honeycomb structure sheet of the present invention as an intermediate layer will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a honeycomb structure sheet-like material that constitutes an intermediate layer of the composite structure of the present invention.
Is a projection formed into a recess space by deep drawing. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a cross-sectional structure of a mattress or mat for bedding of the present invention, 3 is a mat or mat, 4 is a honeycomb structure sheet-like material, 5 is, for example, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, acrylic fiber, Fiber obtained by heat-treating a layered body of fibers selected from synthetic fibers such as polypropylene fiber, animal fiber, plant fiber, regenerated fiber or the like, or a layered body of fibers obtained by mixing 5 to 30% by weight of thermal binder fiber with these fibers. A layered body or a foamed polymer layer such as polyurethane foam, 6 is a surface cloth. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the cross-sectional structure of the fusuma or partition plate of the present invention, 7 is a fusuma or partition plate, 4 is a honeycomb structure sheet-like material, 8 is a decorative plate or flame-retardant decorative cardboard, and 9 is a frame. The body, 10 is a wax.
FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a cross-sectional structure of the soundproof material of the present invention.
Is a soundproof material, 4 is a sheet of honeycomb structure, 12 is a sound absorbing material layer made of a foamed polymer layer such as a fiber layered body or polyurethane foam, and 13 is a decorative plate or board. As described above, in the composite structure of the present invention, the honeycomb structure sheet-like material is used as the intermediate layer, and the fiber layered material, the foamed polymer, or the plate-shaped material is laminated on both surfaces thereof. What is superposed on both sides may be the same or different. Furthermore, two or more of a fiber layered body, a foamed polymer and a plate-shaped body may be laminated. Of course, the outside of the composite structure of the present invention may be covered with another material. The fibrous layered body is a layered body of fibers, and examples thereof include a fibrous web, a non-woven fabric, a woven fabric, a knitted fabric, paper, and those obtained by impregnating or impregnating a polymer. Examples of the foamed polymer include a foamed polymer sheet and a collection of small pieces of the foamed polymer. Examples of the plate-like member include a wood plate, a veneer plate, and a wood-based plate-like member such as a so-called decorative plywood having a resin laminated on the surface thereof. By stacking these fiber layered bodies, foamed polymers, and plate-shaped bodies on both sides of the honeycomb structure sheet-like material, there is a space inside and the space is protected by the flexible structure of the honeycomb structure sheet-like material. Therefore, it is a very useful material. The melting point described in the present invention is the temperature at the maximum peak according to the usual method by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to specific examples. The parts and% in the examples relate to the weight unless otherwise specified. Comparative Example 1 A wholly aromatic polyester composed of P-hydroxybenzoic acid and 6-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid was obtained by spinning.
A fully aromatic polyester fiber (cutting strength 23.7 g / dr, breaking elongation 4.5%) 450dr-30fil filament yarn was used to make a knitted fabric with a mesh spacing of 3 mm by the Russell weaving method, and immersed in a vinyl chloride resin emulsion solution. Treated, dried sheet-like material, a pair of draw-forming rolls of a roll having a concave portion and a roll having a convex portion on the surface, the convex portion 15mm in diameter, depth 15
mm, the roll interval is 8 mm, and the roll surface temperature is 180 ° C and the cylinder gauge pressure is 2.0 kg / cm 2 and press processing is performed, and many projections are arranged on the mesh structure sheet by deep drawing. A honeycomb structure sheet-like material [I] having the provided recesses (average elongation at the time of cutting was 4%) was obtained. This sheet-like material [I] was entirely covered with a sheet-like material of fibers mainly composed of polyester short fibers as shown in FIG. 2, and the surface thereof was further covered with a cloth to form a mattress. This mattress had a more stable body than the conventional mattress made entirely of cotton, had no discomfort due to sweating, and was comfortable to sleep. However, if the product was continued to be used for a long period of time, the sheet-like material was deformed due to the weight, and the effect at the beginning of use was not obtained. Example 1 A strand obtained by compounding a filament yarn of 450dr-30fil of wholly aromatic polyester fiber of Comparative Example 1 and a filament yarn of 75dr-10fil of 6-nylon fiber was used. Make a knitted fabric (cutting elongation 4.8%),
This knitted fabric was kept in a tensioned state between rolls installed before and after the heating furnace, heat-treated at a heating furnace temperature of 235 ° C., then wound through a cooling roll, and subjected to melt-bonding treatment of 6-nylon fiber to obtain a mesh structure. After fixing the texture structure of the knitted fabric, the sheet-like product obtained by immersion treatment in a phenolic resin composition liquid and drying is composed of a roll having concave portions on the surface and a roll having convex portions, as in Comparative Example 1. A pressing process was performed with a pair of draw-forming rolls to obtain a honeycomb structure sheet-like material [II] (average elongation at the time of cutting was 3%). A 15 mm thick flame-retardant polyurethane foam is laminated on both sides of this sheet-shaped material [II], and a non-woven fabric of flame-retardant polyvinyl alcohol fiber having an average basis weight of 250 g / m 2 is laminated thereon, and a decorative board Was laminated to produce a soundproof partitioning member having the structure shown in FIG. For comparison, a soundproof partition material was made using a corrugated sheet made of a flame-retardant board instead of the intermediate body of the honeycomb structure sheet-like material. And these two were used for the partition of the room and the sound insulation was compared. That is, the sound of 400 Hz and 800 Hz was transmitted from the speaker with a constant output, and the listening state of the sound in the adjacent room and the propagation state of the sound were struck by hitting the partition with a constant force. As a result, the samples of Examples were small in any sound and had excellent sound insulation. Further, it was also excellent in heat insulation. Example 2 High-Polymerization Polyvinyl Alcohol Fiber (Cut Strength 9.4g
/ dr, breaking elongation 8.5%) 360dr-24fil filament yarn and core-sheath type composite fiber 180dr-12fil consisting of 66 parts of 66-nylon as core component and 60 parts of ethylene-propylene copolymer as sheath component.
Using the twisted yarn obtained by twisting the filament yarn of No. 1, a knitted fabric with a mesh spacing of 3 mm is made by the Russell knitting method, immersed in a vinyl chloride resin emulsion solution, dried by tension heat treatment and core-sheath type composite fiber The sheet-like material obtained by causing the fusion of the sheath component polymer to fix the tissue is subjected to the press treatment in the same manner as in Example 1 to obtain the honeycomb-structure sheet-like material [III].
(The average elongation at the time of cutting was 4%). Flame retardant-treated cardboard was joined to both sides of this sheet-like material [III], and fusuma paper was further stretched to form a fusuma having a constitution as shown in FIG. This fusuma was lightweight, easy to open and close, had no squeaking noise, had a high morphological stability, and had durability.
