However, in the manufacturing method as described above, two steel plates are blackened on one side at a stage before the resin layer is sandwiched, so that it is not necessary to make one black damping steel plate. It is necessary to perform blackening treatment once, and when these two blackened steel plates on one side are pasted together via the resin layer, they are usually thermocompression-bonded at about 180 ° C. Since it is in strong contact with the roll, the black coating may be peeled off and damaged, and the L value of the blackness may be lowered to impair the appearance.

This invention is a vibration-damping steel plate in which a resin layer is sandwiched between steel plates, a Zn-Ni layer applied to at least one surface of the vibration-damping steel plate, and blackening by electrolytic treatment formed on the plating layer. A layer, a chromate layer formed on the blackening layer, and a black damping steel plate having a clear resin film on the outermost layer, and a resin between the steel plates for producing the damping steel plate. A method for forming a vibration-damping steel sheet by sandwiching layers, and then forming a blackening layer by electrolytic treatment, performing chromate treatment on the blackening layer, and further applying a clear resin on the blackening layer It is a thing.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and first,
For example, a method of forming a blackened layer on the vibration-damping steel plate by electrolytic treatment after forming a vibration-damping steel plate by interposing a resin between, for example, cold-rolled steel plates and subjecting this to Zn-Ni plating Therefore, the blackening process only needs to be performed once. Therefore, since the pressure roll is not passed under heating after the blackening treatment, the L value of the blackening layer does not decrease, and the peeling damage of the black film does not occur. Further, after the chromate treatment is applied onto the blackened layer, a clear resin is applied, so that the corrosion resistance is increased and the blackened layer is protected.

In the figure, S 1 and S 2 are cold-rolled steel plates called skin steel plates, and 2 is a viscoelastic resin sandwiched between the steel plates S 1 and S 2 . Various types of resin are used depending on the purpose of use as a vibration damping steel plate. 3, 3 are a pair of pressure rolls, which are steel plates in which resin 2 is sandwiched.
S 1 and S 2 are pressed under heat and pressure-bonded to be integrated to form one damping steel plate 1 a (FIG. 1 (a)). Next, Zn-Ni plating is applied to the surface of the vibration-damping steel plate 1 to form a Zn-Ni plating layer 4 (FIG. 2 (b)). Ni in the plating bath at this time
6 to 20% is contained, and the coating weight is 3 to 40 g / m 2
Is appropriate. Next, the Zn-Ni-plated damping steel plate 1b is immersed in a solution containing ammonium sulfate and nitric acid, and reverse electrolysis is performed with the steel plate side as a positive electrode to form a blackened film on the surface of the damping steel plate 1b. 5 is formed ((c) in the same figure). However, the surface to be blackened at this time is the damping steel plate 1c depending on the application.
There may be only one side. Next, the surface of the vibration-damping steel plate 1c on which the blackening film 5 has been formed is subjected to chromate treatment to form a chromate conversion film 6 (FIG. 7 (d)), and this film 6
The clear resin 7 is applied on top ((c) of the same figure) to impart corrosion resistance to the blackened film 5 and protect the film.

In this table, T ° C. indicates the heating temperature when two steel plates are bonded together, and the L value indicates the blackness as an integer value from 0 to 100. The L value 0 is black and 100 is Represents white. As is apparent from this table, in the conventional method, the L value becomes large during thermocompression bonding of the steel sheet and the appearance is impaired, but according to the method of the present invention, a good appearance can be obtained.
