However, the above-mentioned conventional mattress has the following problems. That is, in the case of the polyurethane foam alone, the finger pressure effect is small due to insufficient hardness. In the case of rubber latex impregnated, the surface is rough and the touch is poor, and the material is too hard during use, causing pain or settling.

In the present invention, the polyurethane resin-impregnated cured layer is formed by applying a tin catalyst or other additive to a urethane prepolymer, mixing and stirring the solution, and transferring the solution onto a corrugated surface by a transfer method, a spray method, or the like. And then impregnated by compression through a steam layer. Here, by adjusting the amount of application and the compressive force, the amount of impregnation and the thickness of impregnation can be arbitrarily set. The urethane prepolymer is a prepolymer having a NCO group at a terminal by heating and mixing a certain amount of a polyol and iosocyanate.

In the present invention, a latex foam is used.
A vulcanizing agent, an additive, etc. are added to natural or synthetic rubber latex such as butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, isoprene rubber, etc., and the mixture is mechanically foamed with a foaming stirrer. And agitate with a secondary blender, and further sheet to a constant thickness on a corrugated surface and heat.
It is formed by gelling and vulcanizing.

1 is a polyurethane foam sheet having a corrugated surface. The thickness of the sheet 1 is, for example, 40 mm. On the polyurethane foam sheet 1, a polyurethane resin impregnated cured layer 2 having a thickness (T) of, for example, 3 mm is formed in a corrugated form. On this hardened layer 2, a latex foam sheet 3 is formed. The cushion body 4 having such a configuration is manufactured as follows.

(1) First, a polyurethane sheet 1 is formed by shaping a foam sheet having soft or semi-rigid open cells into a corrugated shape by profile processing or the like. (2) Next, an undiluted solution obtained by adding an additive such as a tin catalyst and silicone oil to the urethane prepolymer and mixing and stirring the mixture was mixed with the sheet 1 described above.
Is applied to the corrugated surface by, for example, a transfer method, compressed and impregnated through rolls, and then cross-linked and cured through a steam layer to form a polyurethane resin impregnated and cured layer 2. (3) Next, additives such as a vulcanizing agent and a stabilizer are added to, for example, natural rubber latex, and the mixture is mechanically foamed with a foaming stirrer. Then, the sheet 3 is sheeted on a corrugated surface to a predetermined thickness, heated, gelled and vulcanized to form a sheet 3, and a cushion body 4 is obtained.

Thus, the cushion body 4 according to the embodiment described above.
As shown in FIG. 1, a polyurethane foam sheet 1 having a corrugated surface shape, a polyurethane resin impregnated cured layer 2 having a thickness of 3 mm and a latex foam sheet sequentially formed on the sheet 1 are shown. 3 has a three-layer structure.
However, the presence of the resin-impregnated cured layer 2 has an advantage of having an appropriate finger pressure effect as compared with the conventional case of a polyurethane foam alone. Further, since the resin-impregnated and cured layer 2 is covered with the latex foam sheet 3, the body feels very good without causing any discomfort to the body. Further, the resin impregnated cured layer 2 does not peel off from the sheet 1.
