The chamfered portion of the other half of the shaft is 180
° If two symmetrical positions are provided, each half of the handle will be 360 °
Even at the position rotated relatively, the other half of the handle can be easily removed from the other half of the shaft, which is more convenient. Further, a chamfered portion perpendicular to the chamfered portion of the other half is formed on a surface of one half of the shaft, and a beveled projection is formed on the chamfered portion. When the chamfered portion is pushed into the shaft hole of the portion such that the chamfered portion coincides with the top surface of the engagement protrusion, the beveled protrusion gets over the engagement protrusion and finally engages with the engagement protrusion. As a result, one half of the shaft does not fall out of the shaft hole, and the chamfered portion and the top surface of the engaging projection come into contact with each other, so that one half of the shaft does not rotate in the shaft hole. If one half of the shaft is pressed into and fixed to the shaft hole of one half of the handle, the manufacturing becomes very easy.
