Structure of conventional example and its problems The structure of a general dishwasher is as shown in the drawings. That is, 1 is a main body of the dishwasher, 2 is a cleaning tank installed inside the main body 1, 3 is a cleaning pump for circulating the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 2, which is rotationally driven by a cleaning pump motor 4 to perform the cleaning. Water is sucked from the drain hole 5 and sprayed by the lower cleaning nozzle 6 and the upper cleaning nozzle 7. Further, in order to efficiently wash the dishes, a lower basket 8 and an upper basket 9 in which the dishes can be arranged in an orderly manner are installed in the washing tank 2. An exhaust port 10 connects the cleaning tank 2 and the outside air, and discharges steam during drying. Here, the operation cycle will be described. Conventionally, the operation cycle of a dishwasher generally starts with a pre-washing process, and includes a washing process, a rinsing process, and a drying process, and each process is automatically controlled by a time switch or the like. . Further, in the pre-washing process, the washing process, and the rinsing process, a certain amount of water or hot water is supplied at the beginning of each process, immediately after which the washing water is pressurized and circulated by the washing pump 3 and sprayed on the dishes for washing. Rinsing is done. Here, if the washing pump 3 is operated immediately after supplying hot water having a considerably high temperature, the cold air in the washing tank 2 is suddenly warmed and expanded, and spouts from the exhaust port 10 together with the washing water. There was a problem. Also, when the door is opened and closed during operation and the operation is restarted, the steam in the cleaning tank 2 is replaced with the outside air and the cleaning tank 2 is in a cold state.
There is a problem that the same phenomenon as described above occurs because high-temperature washing water is jetted into the inside.

The configuration of the invention is a dishwasher of the present invention, a washing tank for storing dishes,
A cleaning pump that circulates the hot water supplied in the cleaning tank, a cleaning nozzle that is provided in the cleaning tank and injects cleaning water by the cleaning pump, and an exhaust port that communicates the inside of the cleaning tank with the outside air, A hot water temperature detecting device for measuring the temperature of the hot water supplied to the cleaning tank, and when the temperature of the hot water supplied to the cleaning tank is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, a cleaning injection operation is started after a lapse of a predetermined time. Even if the hot water temperature is high, the steam inside the cleaning tank is filled with steam and warms up whenever the cleaning water injection operation is started, so the rapid expansion of the air inside the cleaning tank can be prevented and the exhaust port It is also possible to prevent spouting of washing water from the.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a hot water temperature detecting device provided at the bottom of the washing tank 2 for easily detecting the temperature of the washing water. When the temperature of the hot water supplied to the cleaning tank 2 reaches a certain temperature or higher, the hot water temperature detecting device 11 detects it, and after the hot water is supplied, a certain fixed time interval is provided before the washing water injection operation. Run the control program. Therefore, during that time, the inside of the cleaning tank 2 is filled with the steam generated from the cleaning water, and the air inside the cleaning tank 2 is warmed up, so that the cleaning water does not spout from the exhaust port 10 even after the operation. In addition, even if the air in the cleaning tank 2 is replaced with the outside air during the warm water operation and the inside of the cleaning tank 2 becomes cold, even after the door is closed, there is a fixed time interval until the cleaning water injection operation. Therefore, the cleaning water injection operation starts in a state where the inside of the cleaning tank 2 is warm, and the cleaning water is not spouted from the exhaust port 10.

In the above embodiment, the operation of the control program causes the cleaning and jetting operation to start after a certain period of time when the temperature of the hot and cold water supplied into the cleaning tank 2 is equal to or higher than the certain temperature. It goes without saying that the means of is not limited to this.

Operation of the Invention As is apparent from the above-described embodiment, the dishwasher of the present invention detects the hot water temperature, and if it is at a certain temperature or higher, after hot water supply or after opening / closing the door during operation, before moving to the wash water injection operation. After a certain period of time, the inside of the cleaning tank can be warmed and the effect of preventing the cleaning water from being spouted from the exhaust port can be achieved.
