2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a buffer packaging material for various instruments such as automatic faucets, devices and other products, a foamed resin molded article such as styrene foam has been generally used. It is a target. However, for products that cannot be received on one side only, or when the number of parts is reduced due to the destination or product specifications, products that cannot be used with a four-point corner cushion pad in terms of strength are used for exterior packaging. A combination of a lower cushioning material corresponding to substantially the entire bottom of the case and an upper cushioning material corresponding to substantially the entire top of the case, each integrally molded with a foamed resin,
Alternatively, in many cases, a combination of the lower cushioning material formed by integral molding and the upper cushioning material separately formed in two portions disposed on opposite sides is used.

However, the lower cushioning material and the upper cushioning material integrally formed as described above use a large amount of resin,
There are drawbacks that lead to mass consumption of petroleum resources, high material costs, and bulky bulky handling.

[0004] Therefore, it is desired that this type of cushioning material minimize the amount of foaming resin used and have sufficient cushioning properties and shape retention strength in use.

As a cushioning wrapping material for solving such a problem, there has been proposed a structure having a structure in which separated and formed cushioning materials are attached to opposing sides of a support bottom plate at an interval (for example, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open Publication No. H10-163686). 58-180167, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 62-34.

However, in each of these cases, the cushioning material is attached to the support bottom plate, which makes the attaching operation troublesome, and depending on the stored articles, the cushioning material may float from the bottom plate. There is a problem that the stability is poor, the bending strength of the support bottom plate itself is poor, and sufficient strength to withstand a drop test cannot be obtained.

[0009] In the above, the two sets of cushioning materials have a protruding edge formed at the lower end of the fitting recess of the lower pad and the upper end of the fitting recess of the upper pad, respectively. It is particularly preferable that the pad is formed so as to be sandwiched from above and below by the protruding edge of the pad.

The reinforcing connecting member has a three-dimensional shape having a substantially concave cross section having a bottom plate portion and a winding portion formed by winding a continuous portion from the bottom plate portion into a rectangular tube shape. The upper pads of both cushioning members are provided with two fitting recesses into which the ends of the winding portions on both sides are fitted, and a convex portion between the two fitting recesses is sandwiched between the winding portions of the reinforcing connecting member. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which it is inserted.

According to the above cushioning packaging material, the two lower pads of the two sets of cushioning materials are arranged separately at opposing sides in the outer case, and the lower pads are opposed to each other. The end of the reinforcing connecting member having a three-dimensional shape is fitted into the fitting concave portion provided on the surface. Then, the article to be packaged is housed by being fitted into a housing recess provided on the upper surface of both pads. Those having a length are stored so as to be bridged over both pads. Thereafter, the upper pad of both cushioning materials is brought into contact with the lower pad, and the article to be packaged is held between the upper and lower pads. Also, at this time, the fitting concave portion provided on the opposing surfaces of the upper pads is fitted to the end of the reinforcing connecting member, thereby holding the reinforcing connecting member interposed between the opposing surfaces of both cushioning members.

[0013] In addition the combination state, the upper and lower pads of two pairs of buffer material disposed in the separation state, it
The movement is restricted by the three-dimensionally shaped reinforcing connecting member fitted and held in the fitting concave portion forming a continuous concave portion between the two . Further, the reinforcing connecting member between the cushioning members is strong against bending due to its three-dimensional shape, so that bending between both cushioning members can be prevented, and both cushioning members can be reliably held at a constant interval, and the drop strength It has enough strength to withstand the test.

In particular, when the reinforcing connecting member fitted into the fitting concave portion is sandwiched from above and below by the protruding edges provided at the upper and lower ends of the fitting concave portion, the reinforcing connecting material during transportation can be reduced. The connected and combined state can be favorably maintained without fear of floating or the like.

Further, the reinforcing connecting member is formed into a three-dimensional shape having a rectangular cylindrical winding portion on both sides, and the winding portion is fitted into the two fitting recesses of the upper pad. When the convex portion between the fitting concave portions is sandwiched between both winding portions, the bonding strength between the reinforcing connecting material and the upper and lower pads is increased, and the shape-retaining strength is further increased by the reinforcing action of the winding portion. The cushioning material can be securely fixed to both sides in the outer case.

The three-dimensional shape of the reinforcing connecting member 30 is as follows.
Various types that can have shape-retaining strength against vertical and horizontal bending, such as a simple rectangular tube, or a substantially concave cross-section in which a continuous portion from both side ends of the bottom plate is simply bent upright. However, as shown in the illustrated embodiment, the bottom plate portion 31 and a portion continuous from both side ends of the bottom plate portion 31 are bent and wound on the bottom plate portion 31 to form a rectangular cylindrical shape. It is preferable that the section 33 has a three-dimensional shape with a substantially concave cross section.

As described above, according to the present invention, an automatic faucet or the like having a certain length or a bent shape, or an odd-shaped appliance such as a bar-shaped component and the like and the like are stored. In spite of the fact that the cushioning material consisting of upper and lower pads is arranged in a separated state on the opposing sides in the outer case, as a cushioning packaging material for packaging, a three-dimensional shape arranged between the two cushioning materials is provided. Reinforced connecting material combines upper and lower pads
To fit into the mating recesses continuous with the upper and lower pads.
By being combined, the two sets of cushioning materials can be held in a combined state with sufficient strength without the possibility of bending or the like in the middle part, and both the upper and lower pads can be fixed at predetermined positions with good stability. It possesses sufficient strength to withstand the test, and thus can well protect the stored packaged articles.
Moreover, the two sets of cushioning material and the reinforcing connecting material can be easily combined by a fitting operation.

Further, in the case where the end of the reinforcing connecting member is sandwiched from above and below by the projections at the upper and lower ends of the fitting recesses of the upper and lower pads, a combination of the reinforcing connecting member and both cushioning members is provided. The state can be maintained well.

Further, the reinforcing connecting member has a three-dimensional shape having a rectangular tubular winding portion on both sides, and a projection between the two fitting recesses of the upper pad is provided between the two winding portions. In this case, the bonding strength between the reinforcing connecting material and the upper and lower pads is further increased, and the reinforcing effect of the reinforcing connecting material is further improved.
