The cushion has different flexibility, shock absorption, elasticity, and the like depending on the type of the core material to be put in the case body, and the shock absorption and the like depend on the thickness of the cushion. And, in general, as the thickness of the cushion is larger, the shock absorbing power is larger, so it is easy to think that a bulky cushion has a better sitting comfort, and a cushion whose central part is greatly expanded in an arch shape is popular. .

By the way, many cushions made of various foam materials and synthetic fibers which are conventionally commercially available are often too soft regardless of their thickness. For this reason, sinking when seated is large, with relatively thin cushions,
Many people have a feeling of bottoming (a feeling that the butt hits the bottom), and with thick cushions, the difference in sinking between the part where large pressure is applied and the part where it is not so large increases the posture change. Since the state of the seating surface is not constant due to the change in the body pressure distribution accompanying this, the posture of the seated person is not stable, so that the user may rather feel tired. Furthermore, if the hips sink deeply when seated with a conventional cushion, the pressure on the back of the thigh at the front edge of the cushion is increased, which impairs the blood circulation state of that part or gives discomfort. Will be. Also, with conventional cushions, the surface is too soft, so there is not much dispersion of body pressure on the seating surface when seated, and there is a tendency for weight to concentrate locally, that is, to the left and right ischial joints of the buttocks As a result, the pressure on the ischial is increased, and the blood circulation in that part is deteriorated or discomfort is given. Furthermore, many of the conventional cushions have poor restorability during long-term use, resulting in poor comfort.

As described above, conventional cushions are not always satisfactory in terms of sitting comfort, however, as described above, recently, there has been a tendency to pay more attention to the decorativeness of the cushion rather than its functionality. .

Also, as described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 59-147515, Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-open No. 61-40963, a cushion having a through-hole formed in the center is suitable for hemorrhoids in the anus and its vicinity. Since the affected part does not touch the cushion, pain is not felt, which is preferable. However, a through hole is formed including the part where the left and right ischial tuberosities, which are the center points of support in the seating surface when sitting, are located. Otherwise, the weight is not sufficiently supported by the cushion, and the posture at the time of sitting becomes unstable. In addition, if a hole penetrating vertically is formed in the center of the cushion, when sitting on the cushion, the vicinity of the through hole becomes easier to dent than the peripheral part, and the buttocks tend to lean toward the part of the through hole. In some cases, the person feels depressed and becomes uncomfortable.

Therefore, in this invention, the surface part in contact with the buttocks has moderate hardness, sinking is not so large at the time of sitting, and there is a moderate body pressure dispersing action on the seat surface,
In addition, even if it is used for many years, there is little set, and it is relatively comfortable despite being relatively thin, and for people with hemorrhoids, pregnant women, elderly people, etc.
An object of the present invention is to provide a highly functional seat cushion that has little or no irritation received from the seat, secures a sense of stability at the time of sitting, and has good sitting comfort.

This invention is a means to achieve the above-mentioned subject,
Polyurethane microcellular foam with a uniform microstructure including a large number of microcells (cells) with a diameter of 200 to 400 µm, made of a flat core material contained in a bag-like surface body of a seat cushion. Elastic upper layer member formed to a uniform thickness of 3 to 8 mm by body, and rebound resilience of 6 to 15%
And the hardness is 11 to 18 kg (the method of measuring the rebound resilience and the method of measuring the hardness are based on JIS K 6401, respectively).
And a lower layer member formed by a polyurethane low resilience foam, which is softer than the upper layer member, to a uniform thickness of about 3 to 10 times the thickness of the upper layer member, and superimposed on and bonded to the upper layer member. A large number of small through holes are formed on the entire surface of the upper layer member, and the central portion of the upper layer member has an oval size including a portion where a local part and an anus part of a human body are located when seated, and is seated when seated. In the above, the gist is that an opening having a shape leaving at least two semicircular portions on both sides of the oval where at least the right and left ischial tuberosities of the human body are located is formed.

(Function) In the core material having the above-described structure, the upper layer member to which the buttocks abut is formed harder than the lower layer member by a polyurethane microcell foam having a uniform microscopic structure including many fine bubbles. Since the sink when seated is not so large, a lower layer member made of polyurethane low resilience foam, which is softer than the upper layer member, is bonded to the back side of the upper layer member, and the upper layer member is supported by the lower layer member. It does not have a feeling of bottoming while having moderate flexibility. In addition, since there is little sinking during sitting, even if the distribution state of body pressure changes, the degree of change in the seat surface state accompanying it is small, and it is formed in a flat plate shape composed of a laminated structure of upper layer member and lower layer member As a result, the posture at the time of sitting is stable, and there is no feeling of pressure on the back side of the thigh and the joints of both ischial bones due to the cushion. In addition, the body pressure when seated is appropriately dispersed by the upper member that is harder than the lower member, and the body pressure is evenly dispersed by the lower member having low rebound resilience, and the body weight is locally concentrated. Because there is little, there is relatively little feeling of pressure on the ischium. In addition, the polyurethane fine cell foam forming the upper layer member and the polyurethane low resilience foam forming the lower layer member both have little change over time and have little settling of the core material even when used for many years. The lower layer member has a rebound resilience of 6 to
As it is small at 15%, the core material gradually sinks until the buttocks come in contact with the seating surface and calms down, and there is no discomfort in the sinking condition,
Give a good feeling. Further, since the whole core material is formed in a thin flat plate shape, it is not bulky and is convenient for carrying. Furthermore, the polyurethane fine cell foam forming the upper layer member has a fine cell structure and a high density,
Since a large number of small through holes are formed on the entire surface of the upper layer member, air permeability is sufficiently secured through the small through holes. Here, the density of a polyurethane foam (polyurethane foam) is usually 20 to 40 kg / m 3 (“Polyurethane Resin Handbook” by Keiji Iwata (First Edition), 1993)

Further, in the center of the upper layer member, an oval of a size including a portion where a local part and an anus of the human body are located at the time of sitting, and at least the right and left ischial tuberosities of the human body are located at the time of sitting. Since an opening having a shape leaving two semi-circular portions on both sides is formed, air permeability and moisture permeability at the opening are good, and there is no dampness even when sitting for a long time. In addition, for a person with hemorrhoids, a pregnant woman, an elderly person, and the like, the stimulus received from the sitting surface to the local part is eliminated or reduced. Further, in this case, since the left and right ischial tuberosities of the human body, which are the center points of support in the seating surface when seated, are left, a sense of stability at the time of seating is ensured.

In addition, a rubber-like substance having a large energy absorbing property is used in place of the polyurethane microcellular foam in a portion where the ischial tuberosity where the pressure is most concentrated at the time of sitting is used, and the rubber-like substance is used as the polyurethane microcellular foam. By adhering to the lower layer member so as to be flush with the forming portion, the impact absorbing power at that portion is increased, the impact is reduced, and the seating feeling is improved.

Polyurethane microcellular foam forming the upper member 12, a high density, for example, a specific gravity of 240 kg / m 3, including very fine and uniform cell structure, i.e., the number of bubbles of about a diameter 200~400μm uniform Has a microscopic structure,
It is a polyurethane foam having a hardness of, for example, about 30 kg. Further, the polyurethane low resilience foam forming the lower layer member 14 is manufactured using a monomer having a lower molecular weight than ordinary polyurethane foam, and has a low rebound resilience, for example, a rebound resilience of 6 to 15%. %, The density is, for example, 75 kg / m 3 and the hardness is about 11 to 18 kg.
It is a polyurethane foam softer than 2. As described above, the polyurethane microcellular foam forming the upper layer member 12 lacks air permeability because of its high density, but since the upper layer member 12 has a large number of small through holes 16 formed therein, The air permeability is sufficiently secured through the small through holes 16.
In addition, the polyurethane fine cell foam forming the upper layer member 12 and the polyurethane low resilience foam forming the lower layer member 14 both have little change with time, and the core material 10 has little sag even when used for many years.

As described above, this core material 10 is an upper layer member with which the buttocks abut.
Since 12 is made of polyurethane fine cell foam and is harder than the lower layer member, sinking during sitting is not so large. On the other hand, since the lower layer member 14 made of a polyurethane low resilience foam and softer than the upper layer member 12 is laminated on the back surface side of the upper layer member 12, there is no feeling of bottoming while having appropriate flexibility. In addition, since there is little sinking during sitting, the degree of change in the state of the seat surface is small, and since the whole is formed in a flat plate shape, the posture of the seated person is stable, and the feeling of pressure on the back side of the thigh is also reduced. There is no. And
The body pressure during sitting is appropriately dispersed by the hard upper layer member 12, and the body pressure is further evenly dispersed by the lower layer member 14 having low rebound resilience, thereby preventing the body weight from being concentrated on the ischium. . In addition, since the lower layer member 14 of the core member 10 has a small rebound resilience, the core member gradually sinks until the buttocks come in contact with the seating surface and then settles down, and immediately sinks as soon as it is seated, giving an unpleasant feeling. I do not have.

Further, as shown in a plan view in FIG. 5 and a partial vertical sectional view taken along the line VI-VI in FIG. 5, a polyurethane fine cell is provided at a portion where the right and left ischial tuberosities of the human body are located when seated. In place of the foam, a rubbery substance having a large energy absorbing property such as urethane rubber, silicone rubber, or natural rubber is used, and the circular small plates 40, 40 made of the rubbery substance are used as the polyurethane fine cell foam of the upper layer member 32. The core member 30 may be configured to be adhered to the lower layer member 34 so as to be flush with the formation portion. In the figure, 36 is a small through hole, and 38 is an opening. As described above, by using a rubber-like substance having a large energy absorption in a portion where the ischial tuberosity where pressure is most concentrated at the time of sitting is located, a shock absorbing power in the portion is increased, and a shock is reduced. The feeling of sitting is improved.

Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the seat cushion according to the present invention has an appropriate hardness at the surface portion that comes into contact with the buttocks, and the sink when seated is not so large. There is no feeling of bottoming when the user sits down, and the posture of the seated person is stable, and there is little feeling of fatigue even when sitting for a long time. In addition, there is less pressure on the back of the thigh, and there is an appropriate action of dispersing the body pressure on the seat surface, so there is less pressure on the ischium, which is comfortable. Further, since the core material has a small set, it can be used for many years. Moreover, since it can be formed relatively thin, it is convenient for carrying.
In addition, for a person with hemorrhoids, a pregnant woman, an elderly person, etc., the local stimulation from the seat is eliminated or reduced, and a sense of stability at the time of sitting is ensured, and the seat is comfortable.
