[Prior Art] Conventionally, in order to stack and package a large number of flat plastic sheets, several hundred sheets are stacked in one cardboard box and fastened with a wrapping paper, an iron band or the like.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional packaging described above, the thickness of the sheet only needs to be uniform, but some fluctuation in the thickness of the plastic sheet cannot be avoided, and when a large number of sheets are stacked as described above, This thickness fluctuation is amplified and a gap is created in the thin part, so the sheet vibrates during transportation in the thin part no matter how strongly it is tightened with an iron band, and the sheets rub against each other, causing small scratches frequently There's a problem.

In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a large number of flat plastic sheets 1 having a thickness of 0.1 mm to 1 mm are stacked and packaged, and the thickness fluctuation caused by the thickness fluctuation of the plastic sheet is determined every predetermined number of sheets. A flat sheet package, wherein a cushioning plastic foam sheet to be absorbed is sandwiched between the plastic sheets and packaged.

As shown in FIG. 1, a sheet-shaped plastic sheet 1 in a cardboard box 3 is sandwiched with a foamed cushioning plastic sheet to absorb thickness fluctuations, thereby absorbing the thickness fluctuation of the sheet at important points, and transporting the sheet at important points. This eliminates friction between the sheets due to vibration of the sheets.

It is desirable that the cushioning plastic foam sheet 2 used therein has at least the same size as the flat plastic sheet 1. It is desirable that the thickness is about 0.5 mm to 5 mm and the hardness is softer than the surface hardness of the flat plastic sheet 1 to be packaged, and that a substance such as a plasticizer having a migration property is not contained.

EXAMPLE As shown in FIG. 1, a cardboard box is stacked as a flat plastic sheet 1 while sandwiching a cushioning plastic foam sheet 2 every 1000 rigid polyvinyl chloride sheets about 0.3 mm thick, 670 mm wide and 1460 mm long. 3 and tightened together with the pallet 5 with the iron band 4 to obtain a flat sheet package. Foamed polyethylene sheet 1.5mm thick as cushioning plastic foam sheet 2
It was used. In this case, the thickness of one flat plastic sheet is 0.31 mm at point A, 0.29 mm at point B, and 0.2 at point C.
315mm was the average of 1,000 sheets.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a cushioning plastic foam sheet that absorbs a thickness fluctuation caused by a variation in the thickness of the plastic sheet is sandwiched between the plastic sheets and packaged. Because it is a flat sheet package, it can be packaged in thousands of packaging units in the same process as before even if the flat plastic sheet fluctuates in thickness, so the cost is low. It can be used as it is simply by opening it, and there is no practical abrasion during transportation, which is a great practical advantage.
