ノイドケースがバルブケースよりも高い位置にくるよう
に電磁弁を縦向きに配置するようにしていた。

ス(1)の方へ流れようとしてもシール具(14)でせき
止められてこのシール具を伝わって滴下されるのでコイ
ルケース(1)の中に露水が浸入することはない。
