半埋込式浴槽を設置する際の構造に関する。【０００２】【従来の技術】半埋込式浴槽の設置構造としては、洗い場と浴槽載置部とを
一体形成した防水床パンを浴室内に設置した後、浴槽を防水床パンの上方から浴
槽載置部内へと落とし込んでその床上に載せ置く構造がある。また、この種の半
埋込式浴槽においては、石鹸などの用品が浴槽載置部内に入り込むことを防止す
ることや、意匠面の向上などを目的として、洗い場側の面にエプロンが装着され
ている。【０００３】【考案が解決しようとする課題】ところで、半埋込式浴槽には、屋外給湯と
屋内給湯の二つのタイプのものがあり、その各タイプによって浴槽本体の据付け
スペースが異なる。このため、従来では、各タイプに対応した構造の防水床パン
をそれぞれ個別に製作する必要があり、このことが、コストの低減化をはかる上
での妨げの一因となっていた。【０００４】このような問題を解消するには、据付けスペースが大きい方のタイプ、つまり屋外給湯タイプの浴槽が設置可能な広さの浴槽載置部をもつ防水床パンを、二つ
のタイプの共通の床パンとして使用すればよいが、この場合、屋内給湯タイプの
浴槽を設置した際に、エプロンと洗い場との間に隙間が生じて入出浴時に危険が
伴う等の新たな問題が発生する。【０００５】本考案は、以上の従来の問題点を解決すべくなされたもので、据付けスペース
の異なる複数種のタイプの半埋込式浴槽を、共通の防水床パンを用いて設置する
場合であっても、その各浴槽のエプロンと洗い場との間に隙間を無くすことが可
能な浴槽の設置構造を提供することにある。【０００６】【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、洗い場とその床面より落ち込んだ段差部とが一体形成された防水床
パンを浴室に配置し、その床パンの上記段差部内に、浴槽を落とし込んで配置す
るとともに、上記洗い場の段差部の近傍位置に、その段差部の側壁面に対して平
行に延びる溝を設け、上記浴槽の上記洗い場側の面に装着したエプロンと上記段
差部の側壁面との間に、この両者間に生じた隙間を隠蔽するための、上記溝の立
ち上がり部に引っ掛ける爪部を備えたＬ字形状のスペーサーを、その爪部を上記
溝の立ち上がり部に引っ掛けるように配置した浴槽の設置構造である。【０００７】【作用】屋外給湯タイプの浴槽に対応した据付けスペースをもつ防水床パン
に、屋内給湯タイプの浴槽を設置すると、浴槽のエプロンと洗い場との間に隙間
が生じるが、その隙間をスペーサ３によって隠蔽することで、屋外と屋内の二つ
の給湯タイプの浴槽に対して、１品種の防水床パンを共用して使用することが可
能となる。【０００８】【実施例】本考案の実施例を、以下、図面に基づいて説明する。図１は本考案実施例の構造を示す斜視図で、図２はその実施例の要部構造を示
す縦断面図である。浴槽１は半埋込式のもので、防水床パン２に設置した際に、洗い場２１側に位置する面にはエプロン１１が装着されている。このエプロン１１は浴槽１に対し
て着脱自在な構造となっている。【０００９】一方、防水床パン２は、洗い場２１と浴槽載置部２２とが一体形成されたもの
で、その浴槽載置部２２が洗い場の床面２１ａに下方に落ち込んだ構造となって

壁２２ａに対して平行にかつ一様幅で延びる溝２１ｂが設けられている。この溝
２１ｂは、洗い場２１の排水を排水孔（図示せず）へと導くためのものである。
なお、この例の防水床パン２は、半埋込式浴槽のうち屋外給湯タイプ向の仕様の
ものである。【００１０】そして、浴槽１の浴室への設置手順は、まず、防水床パン２を浴室床面に、脚
ボルト（図示せず）等を用いて据付けた後、防水床パン２の上方から浴槽１を浴
槽載置部２２内へと落とし込んでその床上に配置するわけであるが、このとき、
浴槽２が屋内給湯タイプである場合には、浴槽のエプロン１１と浴槽載置部の側
壁面２２ａとの間に隙間Ａが生じることになる。そこで、本考案実施例において
は、そのエプロン１１と側壁面２２ａとの間にスペーサ３を嵌め込んで、隙間Ａ
を隠蔽することで、入出浴時の安全を確保している。【００１１】ここで、スペーサ３は、図２に示すように、防水床パン２の溝２１ｂの立ち上
がり部２１ｃに引っ掛けられる爪部３ｃを備えたＬ字形状のプラスチック成形品
で、その長辺３ｂの内側面には弾性材３１および位置決め部材３２が固着されて
おり、これら部材によって、爪部３ｃを溝２１ｂの立ち上がり部２１ｃに引っ掛
けた状態では、短辺３ａが略水平方向に沿うとともに、爪部３ｃが立ち上がり部
２１ｃに向けて適度な力で押圧される構造となっている。従って、この装着状態
では、スペーサ３の位置ずれやがたつき等が生じることはない。なお、弾性材３
１は浴槽１に対する断熱材としての機能も果たす。【００１２】また、以上の実施例によると、スペーサ３は、防水床パン２に着脱自在に装着可能の構造となっており、さらに、浴槽１のエプロン１１も着脱自在であること

設置に本考案を適用した例について説明したが、これに限られることなく、据付
けスペースの異なる２種以上のタイプの浴槽の設置にも適用可能である。【００１３】【考案の効果】以上説明したように、本考案によれば、防水床パンに浴槽を
設置した際に、その浴槽のエプロンと床パンの洗い場との間に隙間が生じる場合
には、エプロンと洗い場との間にスペーサを配置して隙間を隠蔽する構造とした
ので、例えば、室内給湯タイプの浴槽に、屋外給湯タイプの浴槽用の防水床パン
を使用することが可能となり、これによって、防水床パンの品種を、従来に対し
