成形後、加工を施し直径7.8mm厚み2.5mmに直
径3mmの長さ5mmの突出部を設けた接合部材を製作
した。そしてそのセラミックチップ及び接合部材をIn
−Cu−Ag−Ti系活性ロー材8を介して真空中79
0℃で15分間保持して接合した。上記セラミックチッ
プがロー付けされた接合部材をJISSUH3材を鍛造
にて成形したバルブ本体(ステム直径8mm)のステム
エンド嵌合孔に嵌合した。実施例(1、3、4)の嵌合
代は、5〜20μmとした。比較例のバルブは、溝の内
側に相当する接合部材1dの突出部1d1と嵌合孔1g
との間も圧入した(図6)。嵌合代は、5〜20μmと
した。
