Is press-fitted into a bag-shaped hole 20 formed in the rear cover 3 so that the oil in this portion expands or contracts due to a change in temperature of the oil itself or expansion or contraction in a space due to a change in heat of surrounding members. It is circulated only by shrinkage or fluctuation of oil pressure in the spline fitting portion 17.
For this reason, the flow becomes very small, especially at a low discharge pressure of the pump having a small pressure fluctuation. In such a case, if the pump rotates at a high speed, the supply of oil to the rear cover-side bearing portion 5 may be insufficient, and the abrasion resistance of the drive shaft may be deteriorated.

The return from the drain passage 19 formed only on the front side to the pump suction port 12 side through the gap, the narrow and long gap, resulting in a large pressure drop, The pressure of the spline fitting part 7 was high. Therefore, the pressure between the spline fitting portion 7 and the working chamber 11 is reduced, and the working chamber 11
Therefore, the supply of oil to the spline fitting portion 7 is reduced, and this also leads to a decrease in the amount of lubrication.

While accommodating the fitted rotor, both ends of the drive shaft are supported by the pump housing and the rear cover, and oil in a working chamber formed in the pump chamber is cleared between the rotor and the rear cover or the side plate. An oil pump configured to guide the rotor and the drive shaft to a spline fitting portion and further guide the bearing to both end bearing portions of the drive shaft to lubricate the drive shaft. The spline fitting portion is divided in the axial direction by interposing an O-ring at both ends of the drive shaft. A drain passage communicating with the oil suction port is opened in the bearing of the section.

Reaches 17. At this time, since the spline fitting portion 17 is divided by the O-ring 21 in the axial direction and partitioned, the oil that has passed through the clearance between the rotor 9 and the rear cover 3 is not fitted to the bearing 5 on the drive shaft. After passing through the portion 1a and lubricating there, it is returned from the drain passage 22 to the suction passage 14 and again flows into the working chamber 11. The oil that has passed through the clearance between the rotor 9 and the side plate 7 is
After passing through 1c and lubricating there, it is returned from the drain passage 19 to the low-pressure passage 13 and again flows into the work chamber 11 from the suction passage 14. The oil leaked from the working chamber 11 in this manner circulates through the pump while lubricating the drive shaft 1 in the pump, and reliably lubricates the drive shaft 1 even if the oil is at a low pressure.

While accommodating the rotor, both ends of the drive shaft are supported by the pump housing and the rear cover, and the oil in the working chamber formed in the pump chamber is removed from the rotor and the rear cover or the side plate through the clearance between the rotor and the side plate. An oil pump which leads to a spline fitting portion of the drive shaft and further guides the bearing to both end bearings of the drive shaft to lubricate the drive shaft. A spline fitting portion is divided in the axial direction by interposing a ring, and shafts at both ends of the drive shaft are provided. Since the drain passage communicating with the oil suction port is opened in the receiving portion, the oil in the spline fitting portion is
After being divided on both sides of the ring to lubricate the drive shaft, they are circulated in the pump through drain passages.
Therefore, the drive shaft can be reliably lubricated even at the time of low-pressure and high-speed rotation of the pump, so that a decrease in wear resistance of the drive shaft fitting portion is prevented.
