As a conventional method for cleaning this type of horizontal rotary shaft type concrete mixer, after the completion of all kneading work, water is poured into the mixer using a water injection pipe for kneading water while the mixer is operating, and the kneading blades are The attached kneading arm and the deposits and deposits on the rotating shaft where the kneading arm is attached are washed away, and then the worker enters the mixer and jets pressure water from the jet nozzle to remove the deposits and deposits. Or
When it could not be removed with pressure water, it was removed by spraying pressure water while hitting it with a hammer. However, after the completion of all the kneading work, the cement has begun to harden and it is difficult to remove the deposits and deposits, so this work requires a lot of labor and time, and it is a very painful work. It was a very dangerous work physically due to an erroneous operation.

In another horizontal rotary shaft type concrete mixer cleaning method, a nozzle is attached to the ceiling of the mixer and this is connected to a kneading water circuit connected to a measuring tank and a pump to mix the kneading water during kneading of each batch. It was attempted to reduce the work after the completion of the kneading work by pressurizing a part of the mixture and spraying it from the nozzle to remove the deposits and deposits on the kneading arm and the rotating shaft.
However, since a part of the kneading water is used and the amount of water is limited, a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be exerted, and it takes a considerable time to clean the kneading work after the completion. After all, in both conventional cleaning methods, waterproofing equipment has to be worn inside the mixer and manual work has to be done in a tight and cramped place with no body freedom, which is very painful for the workers. It was a job and a dangerous task.

Turn to. Turn on the high-pressure washing water pump 18,
At the same time, the three-way valve 12 is actuated to connect the first washing water pipe 19 side and the kneading water pipe 13 side to shut off the kneading water pipe 11 side from the kneading water pump. High-pressure cleaning water is sprayed from the nozzle 15 into the mixer. The mixer is turned on to rotate the horizontal rotary shaft 5, the kneading arm 4, and the kneading blade 3 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). During this rotation, the inside of the mixer is cleaned. Especially, in the case of a twin-screw type mixer or a single-screw type mixer, the rotation axis is horizontal and the kneading arm is short as compared with a pan-type mixer with a vertical rotation axis. Except when the arm and the kneading blade are directly under the horizontal rotation shaft, the water for cleaning is always received. Therefore, a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained by keeping the horizontal rotation shaft in the kneading tank rotating at a constant speed without lowering the rotation speed. can get. After 30 to 60 seconds of the timer setting time, the kneading water line 11 of the three-way valve 12

In this example, the inside of the mixer was washed using kneading water during concrete kneading for each batch, and was performed using only the kneading water nozzle during the kneading operation time of 1.5 h. In addition, in this embodiment, the cleaning work interval is set to 1.5 hours, but this cleaning work interval is preferably 1 to 2 hours, and it is desirable to perform the cleaning once or more in at least 2 hours. When using early-strength cement, it is better to set the cleaning interval shorter, as the setting will start sooner. In the embodiment of FIG. 6 using the cleaning method of the present invention, it is sufficient to perform the cleaning work 6 times a day (total time of about 6 minutes) in one cleaning work time of 65 seconds, but the conventional cleaning By way of
They had to do the cleaning during the lunch break and after a day's work, enter the mixer and perform the difficult and dangerous work over an hour.

In addition to the kneading water circuit and the first washing-only water pipeline, a second washing-dedicated water pipeline having a nozzle arranged in the kneading tank at the downstream end is provided and the upstream end of the first washing-only water pipeline is provided. Connect in the middle and operate the valve so that only the first washing water pipe to the washing water pump and the kneading water pipe to the nozzle of the kneading water circuit communicate with each other, or only from the nozzle of the kneading water circuit, or A large amount of high-pressure water is made concrete by a washing water pump from both nozzles of the washing water circuit or by connecting both circuits by connecting only the first and second washing water pipes. Since the cleaning can be performed by spraying into the mixer, there is an advantage that the cleaning operation can be selectively performed according to the state of adhesion of deposits and deposits in the mixer. In particular, a horizontal rotary shaft type mixer having a horizontal rotary shaft and a short kneading arm as compared with a vertical rotary shaft pan type mixer has a nozzle of a kneading water circuit above the horizontal rotary shaft and in parallel therewith. Since water for cleaning is always received except when the kneading arm and the kneading blades are directly under the horizontal rotation shaft, sufficient cleaning can be performed by rotating the horizontal rotation shaft in the kneading tank at a constant speed without lowering the rotation speed. The effect is obtained.
