の略全長に亙って設けられ、蓋板7が前記穴部2を閉じ
るように回動した時に蓋板7の三方の周縁面が当接する
ストッパ5と、前記蓋板7の前記弾性部材9に対向した
端部7aの全長に亙って張出し、同じく蓋板7が閉塞する
ように回動した時に、前記弾性部材9を押圧する張出部
10とを備えるように構成し、更に、蓋板7が開くように
