であるから寸法がばらつきやすく外観が悪くなる問題等

[発明の開示] (実施例) 第2図に示すように器体のハウジングはボディ1とカ
バー2とを組み合わせて形成される。ボディ1は上面が
開口した箱状に形成され、またカバー2は下面が開口し
た箱状に形成されており、互いの開口面を合致させる形
でカバー2がボディ1に被嵌されるようになっている。
ボディ1の突合せ面には、第1図ないし第3図に示すよ
うに、突合せ面に臨みかつ周壁の表裏に貫通した切欠3
が形成され、切欠3の内周面には取付溝4が形成されて
いる。この取付溝4は切欠3の両側面から底面にかけて
設けられるものであって、両側面の縦取付溝4aと底面の
横取付溝4bで構成されている。この取付溝4内には保持
板5が着脱自在に挿入される。保持板5は、矩形状に形
成されており、相対向する一対の長辺にはそれぞれ挿通
用切欠6a,6bが形成されている。両挿通用切欠6a,6bは互
いに異なる幅に形成されており、たとえば、第4図に示
すように、一方の挿通用切欠6aを3本の電線7に相当す
る幅W1に設定し、他方の挿通用切欠6bを2本の電線7に
相当する幅W2に設定するのである。ここで、挿通用切欠
6a,6bを2本の電線7と3本の電線7とに対応するよう
に形成しているが、他の本数に設定してもよいのは勿論
のことである。

切欠3に臨ませて電線7の幅に応じた電線引出用の孔が
形成されるが、切欠3に臨ませない他方の挿通用切欠6a
または6bは取付溝4内に臨み、他方の挿通用切欠6aまた
は6bで余分な開口が形成されることがない。上述の例で
は、保持板5を矩形状に形成し、そのうち2辺にのみ挿
通用切欠6a,6bを形成していたが、保持板5を正方形に
形成して各辺にそれぞれ幅の異なる挿通用切欠を形成す
れば、4種類の本数の電線7に対応させることができる
のである。また、保持板5の1辺には挿通用切欠を形成
しないようにすれば、電線7の引き出しが不要なときに
切欠3を閉塞することができるものである。さらに、カ
バー2の下縁に取付溝4に嵌合するとともに折り取り可
能となったリブを突設することにより、製品の出荷時に
はリブによって切欠3を閉塞し、必要に応じてリブを折
り取って保持板5を装着するようにしてもよい。

けることにより電線引出用の孔を形成したり、挿通用切
欠を取付溝内に臨ませた状態で保持板を取付溝に取り付
けることにより挿通用切欠を取付溝で塞いで保持板で切
欠を塞ぐことができたりするという作用効果を奏する。
さらに、切削加工等の後加工が不要であるから、成形品
等として優れた外観に仕上げることができ、また、後加
工の際に異物が内部に入ることも防止できるのである。
