That is, the operation frame is connected to the bending cloth tension frame within a narrow range between the front edge of the operation frame and the rear end of the bending cloth tension frame. Therefore, in a narrow place, the structure of the fitting including the fitting groove for the forward and backward movements and the brim for the fitting, and the driving structure including the pair of strings for the rotation are superposed.
When the two configurations are arranged, at the time of maintenance and inspection, there is a work of bringing the fitting groove “close” to the fitting brim and fitting it with the click dust, and a small gap between the two fitting together. It is necessary to carry out the work of tensioning the string body using elastic force (winding spring) with the "pin" without loosening, in parallel. The first problem is that this work is difficult, requires skill, and is time-consuming to adjust.

Next, the transmission of the operation from the operation frame 30 to the curved cloth tension frame 9 will be described. When the movable frame 6 is moved in the front-rear direction (X direction), the cords 33 and 34 are tightly (without loosening) stretched between the actuating frame 30 and the bending cloth tension frame 9, so that the movable frame 6 is moved. 6 is transmitted to the bending cloth tension frame 9 through the cords 33 and 34 partially fixed to the actuating frame 30 and the fastening portion 37 of the main body 11, and the bending cloth tension frame 9 shown in FIG. ), As shown in (B), it moves back and forth in the direction of the cylinder center. In this case, since the cord bodies 33, 34 having the flat plate cross section have a very large rigidity in the tube center direction of the curved cloth tension frame 9, the movement of the actuation frame 30 by the movable frame 6 even if the movement frame 30 is slightly moved back and forth. It is immediately (without delay) transmitted to the curved cloth tension frame 9 via the cords 33, 34. Therefore, the forward / backward movement of the curved cloth tension frame 9 exactly coincides with the forward / backward movement of the movable frame 6 (without mechanical dimensional error and time delay). As a result, an accurate embroidery pattern is drawn on the hat 24.

Further, when the movable frame 6 is moved in the left-right direction, the movement of the movable frame 6 is changed as shown in FIGS. 5 (A) and 5 (B).
Is transmitted to the bending cloth tension frame 9 via the, and the frame 9 rotates left and right around the support shaft 7. That is, in FIG. 5 (A), the operating frame
When 30 moves to the left, the string 34 is pulled by it and moves to the left. As a result, the cord 34 pulls the curved cloth tension frame 9 in the direction of the arrow and rotates it in the same direction, and the state shown in FIG. 5 (B) is obtained. Next, when the moving direction of the actuating frame 30 is changed to the opposite direction, that is, to the right, the cord 33 acts equally with the cord 34, and the bending cloth tension frame 9 immediately moves in the opposite direction. Rotate. In this case, since there is no slack in both cords 33, 34, the bending cloth tension frame 9 accurately reciprocally rotates in response to the left and right reciprocating movement of the operating frame 30. Therefore, an accurate embroidery pattern is drawn.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, when the actuating frame 30 moves to the left, right, front and back in the plane parallel to the tube center of the bending cloth tension frame 9, Even if the connecting member between them is only a cord body, there is a feature that the bending cloth tension frame 9 can be rotated back and forth and left and right, and it is fitted to the actuation frame 30 for driving in the forward and backward direction like the conventional product. There is an epoch-making effect that a simple structure can be obtained at low cost without requiring an extra structure such as providing a groove.
