2. Description of the Related Art A light-shielding cassette for a photoprinting paper roll is provided with a metal cassette provided for a photocomposer, a main body made of paperboard, cardboard, and the like, and a side plate made of plastic. There is a simple cassette. The present invention relates to the latter simple cassette.
Simple cassettes are naturally limited in material due to the fate of low cost, are poorly responsive to changes in environmental conditions such as external pressure, shock, temperature and humidity, and have a small gap between the photosensitive material outlets. The dimensional stability is inferior to that of the former metal cassette, but not as good. Therefore, the gap between the photosensitive material outlets of the cassette is ideally a zero state having appropriate elasticity regardless of the presence or absence of the photosensitive material, but when the size of the gap becomes zero or more due to a change in environmental conditions, Light rays leak from the outlet, causing fatal light fog as a photosensitive material, and meandering and rewinding of the photosensitive material at the time of operation by the photocomposer. Therefore, the gap is usually designed to be small, and if the gap is too small, the photosensitive material cannot be smoothly drawn out as a very natural result. In most cases, the photosensitive material outlet of the cassette is designed so that light-tight and paper-passing properties are improved by attaching a cloth with a long bristle such as pettin to the light-sensitive material outlet. Keeping this delicate gap is
It is considered difficult.

FIGS. 3 to 5 show the structure of an outlet in a conventional light-shielding cassette of this type. FIG. 3 is a partially disassembled perspective view of the light shielding cassette, FIG. 4 is a side sectional view of an outlet of a conventional cassette example, and FIG. 5 is a side sectional view of an outlet of another conventional cassette example. The cassette is formed by fitting the plastic cap-type side plates 4 and 4 'into a paper box main body 10, and the photosensitive material 1 previously loaded in the cassette is wound around the core 2. By holding the core holding shafts 5 and 5 'of the side plates 4 and 4' on the core 2 of the photosensitive material roll 3, the holding shaft 5 of the side plate 4 is not shown in the figure. The photosensitive material roll 3 is suspended in the cassette and has a structure in which the photosensitive material can be pulled out from an outlet 6 formed in the width direction of the cassette. In the example of the conventional cassette shown in FIG. 4, the upper surface portion 7 forming the outlet 6 has the entire length of the storage box body 10 (the direction from the side plate 4 to 4 'in FIG. 3). It was fixed to the inner wall of the upper surface with an adhesive or the like. Therefore, for example, when pressure is applied from the side during handling of the cassette, or when the cassette is placed under high temperature and high humidity, phenomena such as waving and warping occur on the respective walls constituting the housing box body 10. When the cassette is deformed, the gap between the outlets 6 becomes large, light leakage occurs, or the pressing force on the photosensitive material passing through the outlet becomes weak, so that the photosensitive material meanders at the time of pulling out or when the photosensitive material reverses. This results in rewinding at

On the other hand, in order to solve the problem of the prior art, a cassette having a structure as shown in FIG. 5 has been proposed (Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-49353). This is at the outlet 6
The folding part at the front end of the upper surface is in a free state without being fixed to the inner wall of the upper surface. At the outlet 6, the folding upper part 7 simply connects the front end of the upper surface of the storage box body to the inside of the cassette. And a moderate pressure acts downward (in the direction of the arrow), so that even if the cassette is slightly deformed, it comes into surface contact with the folded lower surface 8 of the outlet 6 or It is in a state of line contact and prevents light from leaking from the outside. However, in the cassette described in this publication, when the width of the photosensitive material roll to be accommodated is large relative to the diameter of the photosensitive material roll, that is, when the ratio of the length and width of the accommodation box main body is large, the pressure tends to be non-uniform. There is a drawback that a gap is easily formed in the center of the outlet due to uneven pressure between the end and the center of the bent portion. Further, since the folding portion is not fixed, the strength of the cassette as a whole is weakened, and there is a problem that the cassette is easily deformed.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, the present inventors have made intensive studies on the structure of the outlet of the light-shielding cassette, and have completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides a paper container main body in which the upper front end and the upper front end of the storage box are folded into the storage box to form a slit-shaped outlet in the width direction of the storage box. Only the vicinity of both ends thereof is fixed to the inner wall of the upper surface, and about 1/2 to 1/20 of the total length is located between the bent portion at the front end of the upper surface and the inner wall of the upper surface at the center in the width direction of the storage box body. An object of the present invention is to provide a light-shielding cassette having a length of elastic material interposed.

Hereinafter, the light shielding cassette of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The overall structure of the light shielding cassette of the present invention is substantially the same as the conventional one as shown in FIG. 3 described above, and is characterized by the structure of the outlet. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a configuration of a fold at the front end of the upper surface of the cassette, and FIG. In the present invention, the vicinity of both ends of the folding upper surface 7 is fixed to the inner wall of the upper surface of the main body 10. The fixing means is not particularly limited. For example, a double-sided tape in which an adhesive is applied on a substrate such as a foamed polyethylene (10 to 30 times), a 30 to 50 times foam of an ester-based polyurethane and an ether-based polyurethane has a fixed portion. It is preferable because it has appropriate elasticity. The fixing length depends on the strength of the adhesive and the length of the storage box main body, but is preferably about 10 to 20 mm at each of both ends of the folding upper surface. In the present invention, the center of the storage box in the width direction (the direction from the side plates 4 to 4 'in FIG. 3) is located between the folding upper surface 7 and the main body 10, and is about 1/2 to 1/20 of the total length. Preferably, an elastic material 12 having a length of about 1/3 to 1/10 is interposed. Here, since the length of the housing box body 10 is usually about 200 to 450 mm, the length of the elastic member 12 is preferably about 10 to 230 mm, particularly preferably about 20 to 150 mm. Thus, as shown in FIG. 1, a downward pressure (X in the figure) is applied by the repulsive force of the elastic member 12, and the light-shielding property is maintained for a long time. This downward pressure is applied to the elastic material 12
It is generally preferable to use elastic material 12 having a compressive strength (JIS K 6767 25% strain) of about 10 to 50 g / cm 2 . The material is not particularly limited as long as it has such a compressive strength, but a 25 to 50-fold foam of an ether-based polyurethane and an ester-based polyurethane is preferable. The means for interposing the elastic material 12 is not particularly limited as long as it can maintain a moderate downward pressure, but an adhesive or a double-sided tape is attached to the folded portion 7 at the front end of the upper surface.
It is preferable to fix by 13 or the like. The upper inner wall of the main body 10 may be free, but a double-sided tape 13 is provided on the upper inner wall as shown in FIG.
It is desirable to make it adhere to the inner wall side of the upper surface of 10.

In the cassette of the present invention, the upper surface 7 and the lower surface 8 of the drawer 6 are brought into close surface contact or line contact with each other at the outlet 6, and this condition is reliably maintained for a long time. Therefore, according to the present invention, even if the housing box main body is slightly deformed, there is little possibility that a gap is generated over the entire surface of the outlet, and light leakage from the outside can be prevented.
In the drawings, reference numeral 9 denotes a buffer cloth such as a pettin, and by adhering the buffer cloth 9 to the outlet, light leakage can be more effectively prevented and at the same time the paper-passing property of the photosensitive material is improved.

The material of the paper container box body of the present invention is not particularly limited, but paper such as paperboard and cardboard is usually used to achieve low cost. Needless to say, among these papers, those which are as strong as possible against external pressure, impact, temperature and humidity are desirable. In order to improve the light-shielding property of the cassette wall, paper obtained by laminating a black polyethylene film (polyethylene containing a black coloring agent such as carbon black) is also useful. If cost is acceptable, it is more preferable to further laminate a metal foil such as an aluminum foil in order to improve the strength of the cassette and the light shielding property of the cassette wall.
