However, in the conventional method in which the end of the dial 103 is fixed by the dial positioning projections 105a provided on the middle frame 105 shown in FIG. 6, in order to form the dial positioning projections 105a on the middle frame 105, a watch is required. Inner peripheral surface 101a of case 101 and dial 103
It is necessary to provide a clearance C (see FIG. 6) between them, and the size of the dial 103 with respect to the watch case 101 is limited. It was difficult to increase only the diameter V (see FIG. 6) according to the design of the timepiece.

In the conventional system shown in FIG.
In order to prevent misalignment of the watch case 101 with respect to the watch case 101, it is necessary to dispose the dial positioning protrusions 105a at least at the 3 o'clock position and the 9 o'clock position of the middle frame 105 (generally at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock of the watch case 101). There is a band at the position of, and it is difficult to receive a strong impact). Therefore, the parting diameter of the dial 103 cannot be expanded to the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface 101a of the watch case 101, and it is 3 to 9 o'clock of the dial 103. The direction cut-off diameter is necessarily small, and it is difficult to arrange the additional device as described above in this position, and various constraints are imposed on the design of the timepiece.

On the other hand, in order to secure the parting diameter of the dial 103 in the direction of 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock, the dial positioning projections 105a at the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions of the middle frame 105 are removed, and the dial 103 is replaced with a watch case. 1
When extending to the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface 101a of 01, the dial 10
In order to accurately position the dial 103 with respect to the watch case 101 in addition to directly positioning the dial 3 by the inner circumferential surface 101a of the watch case 101, the inner circumferential surface 101 of the watch case 101 is required.
The roundness of the corner 106 of a must be less than 1/10 mm at the maximum, and in order to maintain the positioning accuracy of the dial 103, it is necessary to frequently change the processing tool when processing the watch case 101 side, and the production cost of the watch There is a problem that soaring.

In addition, the dial is indirectly moved by press-fitting the dial with a step that contacts the dial outer circumference or the whole circumference or several places at the upper part of the flange outer edge that protrudes from the upper surface of the middle frame that supports the movement. The structure of a watch center frame to be fixed to a vehicle is proposed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-26573.

However, Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 52-26573 has a step formed on the outer periphery of the upper surface of the middle frame, and furthermore, in order to stably fix the dial, even if a step is formed partially. Even if it does, it is necessary to make the step part contact the outer peripheral surface of the dial with a certain area or more, and to form it at each end in two directions crossing each other, so instead of increasing the parting diameter of the dial There is a risk of making it smaller. Also, even when the dial and the step are fitted unevenly,
The notch and the projection formed on the dial and the stepped portion and engaged with each other are formed in a semicircular shape, so if an excessive load is applied to the middle frame or the dial, the engagement is released and the dial may be displaced. There is.

However, in the case of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-6784, the presser spring is mounted in a compressed state between the outer peripheral portion of the dial and the hook of the frame, and is provided on one of the dial and the presser spring. The engaging portion is engaged with the protrusion provided on the other side, the protrusion of the holding spring is hooked on the hook of the frame, and the outer peripheral portion of the dial is pressed against the packing by the elastic force of the holding spring. When an external impact is applied to the frame, the pressing spring is elastically bent by the impact, and the dial may rotate with respect to the frame together with the pressing spring.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to address the above-mentioned problems and to engage the concave engagement portions of the dial with the engagement projections of the dial mounting surface of the middle frame, respectively. The facing surface and both side surfaces of the engaging projections of the middle frame engage with the concave engaging portions of the dial, and the dial is arranged on the middle frame in the direction in which these engaging projections are arranged, and in a direction perpendicular to this. The dial is securely positioned and fixed, and no matter what direction the shock is applied, the dial does not shift with respect to the watch case. The opposing surface and both side surfaces of the engagement protrusion of the frame and the concave engagement portion of the dial are hardly disengaged because they are engaged with each other, and the dial is extremely firmly positioned and fixed with respect to the middle frame. Not only does it matter in which direction it is installed, but it does not require other positioning means such as steps, The arrangement direction of the engagement protrusion is selected according to the direction in which the diameter should be secured, and the parting diameter of the dial in a direction substantially orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the engagement protrusion of the middle frame is set near the inner peripheral surface of the watch case. Without increasing the inside diameter of the watch case itself, ensuring the necessary dial cutoff diameter according to the design of the watch case, greatly improving the freedom of watch design, and placing the dial inside the watch case. Unlike the conventional method, which secures the parting diameter of the dial by directly positioning it on the peripheral surface, there is no need to sharpen the corners of the inner peripheral surface of the watch case in order to obtain the positioning accuracy of the dial, An object of the present invention is to provide a timepiece that does not require frequent replacement of tools when working on the watch case side, facilitates working on the watch case side, and can reduce the manufacturing cost of the watch case.

Further, in the conventional example as shown in FIG. 6, in order to secure a parting diameter V of the dial 103 in the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock direction, the dial for positioning the dial at the 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions of the middle frame 105 is used. Unlike the conventional method of removing the protrusion 105a, extending the dial 103 to near the inner peripheral surface 101a of the watch case 101, and positioning the dial 103 directly with respect to the inner peripheral surface 101a of the watch case 101,
In this embodiment, in order to obtain the positioning accuracy of the dial 8,
It is not necessary to sharpen the corner 19 of the inner peripheral surface 15 of the watch case 12, and it is not necessary to frequently change tools when working the watch case 12, so that the manufacturing cost of the watch can be kept low.

Having described an example of a case to secure a large panel cover diameter V X o'clock 3 o'clock -9 direction of the dial 8 of the watch,
As long as the purpose of preventing the displacement of the dial 8 with respect to the watch case 12 is not limited to the 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock positions of the engaging projections 3 and 4 of the middle frame 1, It may be provided anywhere as long as it is a pair of opposite ends of the board mounting surface 2, and no matter where the engagement protrusions 3, 4 of the middle frame 1 are provided, these engagement protrusions may be provided. The dial 8 is securely positioned and fixed with respect to the middle frame 1 in the arrangement direction of 3, 4 and the direction orthogonal thereto, and the movement of the dial 8 with respect to the middle frame 1 is completely restrained. Even if a shock is applied from such a direction, the watch case is attached to the dial 8.
No misalignment with respect to 12 occurs.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the timepiece of the present invention, the concave engagement portions of the dial are fitted into the engagement protrusions of the dial mounting surface of the middle frame, so that the engagement of the middle frame can be improved. Since the opposing surface and both side surfaces of the engaging projections engage with the concave engaging portions of the dial, the dial can be securely attached to the middle frame in the direction in which these engaging projections are arranged and in a direction perpendicular to the direction. The dial can be positioned and fixed in any direction, no matter what direction the shock is applied, the dial will not be displaced with respect to the watch case, and even if a large shock is applied, Since the opposing surface and both side surfaces of the engagement protrusion of the frame and the concave engagement portion of the dial are hardly disengaged from each other, the dial can be extremely firmly positioned and fixed with respect to the middle frame. It does not matter which direction the mating projections are arranged, and no other positioning means such as steps are required Therefore, the arrangement direction of the engagement protrusions can be selected according to the direction in which the dial diameter of the dial should be secured, and the dial diameter of the dial in a direction substantially orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the engagement protrusions of the middle frame. Has been extended to the vicinity of the inner peripheral surface of the watch case, so that the necessary dial diameter of the dial can be secured according to the design of the watch case without increasing the inner diameter of the watch case itself. The degree is greatly improved.

Also, unlike the conventional method that secures the parting diameter of the dial by directly positioning the dial with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the watch case, in order to increase the positioning accuracy of the dial, the corner of the inner peripheral surface of the watch case is It is not necessary to process the watch case sharply, and it is not necessary to frequently change tools when processing the watch case side.
The production cost of the timepiece can be reduced.
