ずれか一方に設けた大径孔24といずれか他方に設けた小
径孔25とを合わせ、座金26を当てた状態で座金26の孔27
から大径孔24に挿通したボルト28の小径孔25に仮り螺合
するものである。そして、この状態で壁パネル8の下端
面部から垂下したアジャスターボルト19を回転操作して
上下方向の位置調整をし、また、壁パネル8の梁1の長
手方向に沿った方向の位置調整を大径孔24部分における
スライドと、下フランジ2に対して下金具4の凹部3を
スライドさせることで調整し、この調整が終わると、ボ
ルト28を締め付けて本固定し、更にボルト6a、ナット6b

たりとはまり込んだ状態となるため、壁パネルの上部が
前後方向にぶれるのを防止して壁パネルの上部を確実に
固定することができるものであり、さらに、取付け孔を
梁の長手方向と直交する方向に沿う長孔状に形成してあ
るので、長孔状の取付け孔に沿ってボルトを移動して壁
パネルの立ち(垂直性)を調整して取付け精度を向上さ
せながら壁パネルを固定することができるものである。
また、床パネルや土間等の基部に下部取付け金具が取り
付けられ、壁パネルの下端部から下方に垂下したアジャ
スターボルトを下部取付け金具に押し当て、下部取付け
金具に突設した突片部乃至壁パネルの下端部から下方に
垂設した下連結金具のいずれか一方に大径孔を設けると
ともに他方に小径孔を設け、上記大径孔と小径孔とを合
わせてボルトにて下部取付け金具と下連結金具とを連結
してあるので、大径孔と小径孔とを連通させてボルトを
通してボルトにより下連結金具と下部取付け金具とを仮
に連結し、この状態でアジャスターボルトを操作して壁
パネルの高さ調整を行い、壁パネルの高さ調整が終わっ
てボルトにより下部取付け金具を下連結金具に本固定す
ることで、簡単な構成で壁パネルの下部取付け金具への
取り付け部分の位置調整ができて壁パネルの高さ調整が
できるものであり、また、本固定後において壁パネルの
荷重は下連結金具と下部取付け金具とのボルトによる本
固定による連結部分とアジャスターボルトの下端の下部
取付け金具への当接部分とにより下部取付け金具に伝達
されるので、取り付け部分が上下に取り付け位置を可変
できるように大径孔と小径孔とで構成したにもかかわら
ず、調整後は壁パネルの重量が重いコンクリート系パネ
ルのようなものであっても壁パネルの取り付け位置が下
