製造組立ラインでは半田付作業はネックとなるので、第
５図に示すように、取付板（７）に設けられた警報ラン
プ（９）に半田付けして先端にコネクタ（18−１）を取
付けたものを別工程にて製作し、製造組立ラインに供給
される。他方の制御箱からは配線（19）を出して先端に
コネクタ（18−２）が取付けられたものを製造組立ライ
ンに供給され、上記警報ランプ（９）側からのコネクタ
との接続作業を行なう。また、配線（19）を束ねて固定
する作業も必要であつた。従来のものは配線材料費，コ
ネクタの材料費並びに取付費がかかり、更に製造組立ラ
インでにおいてはコネクタの接続作業と、配線の束ね作

（12）の部分を残して下半分をマスキングしている透明
プラスチック（15）とを備えたことを特徴とする一体空
