This connection fitting 2'is bent in an L shape with substantially the same width, and has a lower fitting portion 5 at the lower end and an upper fitting portion 9 at the upper end.
Then, each piece 2a 'of the L-shaped connecting fitting 2'is provided along the body portion of the ceiling frames 1a, 1b intersecting with each other in the L shape or the T shape, and is opposed to the upper and lower sides of the body portion 13 of each ceiling frame 1a, 1b. The upper fitting portion 9 and the lower fitting portion 5 of each piece of the connecting fitting 2'are fitted into the upper and lower groove portions 14 and 15 respectively provided by the above, and the claw portions 10 provided in the upper fitting portion 9 are caulked to fit into the upper groove portion 14. By fixing them, the ceiling frames 1a and 1b were connected to each other at a right angle.

The connecting fitting 2'at the connecting portion between the ceiling frame 1b fixed to 11 and the ceiling frame 1a suspended by the suspension bolts 22 is twisted with a very large force. Since the force when the interlayer deformation occurs is very large and the connecting fitting 2'cannot follow the deformation, the ceiling frames 1a and 1b are deformed and the claw portion 10 of the connecting fitting 2'is returned. As a result, there has been a problem that the connection strength between the ceiling frames 1a and 1b is reduced.

The narrowed width prevents the corner portion 3 from being deformed and affecting other portions of the connecting fitting 2 when forced deformation is caused by an external force during an earthquake. Further, by providing a rib 20 which is L-shaped in a plan view in the lateral direction through a bent portion in a substantially middle portion in the vertical direction of the corner portion 3, when a bending force is generated,
In the corner portion 3, the rib 20 rotates about the axis and twists, which makes it difficult for distortion and deformation to remain. Moreover, as described above, the notch of the corner portion 3 in the V shape causes an earthquake. At times, when the forced deformation occurs due to an external force, the corner portion is prevented from being deformed so as to affect the other parts of the connecting fitting 2, and when the bending force is generated, the rib 20 rotates around the corner portion as an axis. However, the external force transmitted from the corner to the piece of the connecting fitting 2 resists the deformation by the vertical piece 17, and then bends by the notch. It absorbs the energy of deformation, and then the upper end is the upper groove 14 of the ceiling frame.
The bending piece 6 locked in the groove of the groove resists twisting and pulling, and in this way, it is possible to retain the resistance to pulling and twisting while absorbing the energy of the deformation in sequence. As a result, the entire piece does not come off the ceiling frame 1 at a time.

There may be a displacement of 5 mm at the connection between the ceiling frame 1a and the ceiling frame 1b due to 0 inclination. At this time, the connecting fitting 2 is subjected to a pulling force Ft and a bending force Fn as shown in FIG. 4, but in the present invention, the L-shaped corner portion 3 of the connecting fitting 2 in a plan view is substantially V-shaped up and down. When the above-mentioned force acts, the portion indicated by diagonal lines on the ceiling frame 1b side of the connection fitting 2 in FIG. It is deformed by receiving strain. In this way, only the portion shown by the diagonal lines in FIG. 4 needs to be deformed, so that the other claw portions 10 and the like are not affected.

Therefore, when the bending force (rotational force) Fn is generated, the semicircular rib 20 does not rotate and twist about the axis so that the strain and the influence of the bending force are not exerted on other parts of the connection fitting 2. In addition, since the semicircular rib 20 is twisted around the axis, when the bending force is canceled, it returns to its original state due to the restoring force of the semicircular rib 20, and deformation is less likely to remain. Is. In the present invention, as described above, the corner portion 3 is notched in a V shape, so that when forced deformation occurs due to an external force during an earthquake, the corner portion deforms and affects other portions of the connecting fitting 2. The ribs 20 serve as shafts at the corners to rotate and twist to prevent strain deformation and the like from remaining when the bending force is generated. The transmitted external force then resists deformation by the vertical piece 17, then absorbs the deformation energy for bending by the notch, and then the upper end is locked in the groove deep in the upper groove portion 14 of the ceiling frame. The bent piece 6 that is formed resists twisting and pulling, and in this way it is possible to retain the resistance to pulling and twisting while absorbing the energy of the sequential deformation, and as a result, the entire piece once Out of the ceiling frame 1 It is that there is no.

のである。[Advantage of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, in the case where the ceiling frames intersecting at right angles are connected by the L-shaped connecting fitting, the L-shaped corner portion of the connecting fitting is seen in a plan view. The upper and lower sides are notched in a substantially V shape and the vertical width is narrowed toward the central bent portion, so that the corner portion of the connecting fitting is deformed and connected when forced deformation occurs due to external force during an earthquake. It does not affect other parts of the metal fittings, and as a result, even if deformation occurs due to external force during an earthquake, the ceiling frame and the connecting metal fittings will not be damaged or permanently deformed. Since an L-shaped rib in a plan view is provided in the lateral direction through a bent portion in a substantially middle portion in the vertical direction of the portion, when the bending force is generated, the rib rotates about the axis and twists. Strain and bending force do not affect other parts of the connection fitting Moreover, since the rib rotates and twists around the shaft as the axis, when the bending force is cancelled, it returns to its original state due to the restoring force of the rib, and it is difficult for deformation to remain.
Moreover, as described above, the V-shaped notch in the corner portion absorbs the deformation and the rib makes it difficult for strain deformation to remain. The lower part of each is set as the lower fitting part to be fitted into the lower groove part of the ceiling frame, and the vertical piece and the upper end are placed on the ceiling frame in order from the position adjacent to the corner part to the top of each lower fitting part in the direction away from the corner part. A plurality of bending pieces to be fitted into the groove are alternately projected, and a cut is provided between the adjacent vertical piece and the bending piece from the top to the bottom to the upper end of the lower fitting part. The external force transmitted to the piece then resists the deformation by the vertical piece, then absorbs the deformation energy for bending by the notch, and then the upper end is locked in the groove of the upper groove of the ceiling frame. The bent piece resists twisting and pulling, and in this way it is possible to maintain the resistance to pulling and twisting while absorbing the energy of deformation in sequence, and as a result, strain deformation occurs at the corners. The whole piece does not come off from the ceiling frame at the same time so that it does not remain. Also, fit the lower fitting part of the lower part of each piece of the L-shaped connecting fitting to the lower groove part of the ceiling frame and bend it. Since the upper end of the piece is fitted into the upper groove of the ceiling frame, make the bent piece face the upper groove in a bent state, press the bent piece in this state to extend it, and let the upper end bite into the groove of the upper groove. The upper groove of the upper end of the bent piece can be easily and reliably locked in the groove, and the buckling of the bent piece allows the upper groove of the upper end of the bent piece to be locked in the groove deep. Bent easily be confirmed visually by whether are, also, those easily be confirmed by touch when bending also bent piece when working.
