Conventionally, as this type of charger, the one disclosed in JP-A-2-112150 is known. Thus, the charger described in this publication is provided with a switch in the primary circuit, and a cover for covering the storage battery chamber of the charger is provided so as to be openable and closable, and the opening and closing operation of the switch is performed on the cover. A pressing element for performing the above operation is provided to open and close the switch. Thus, in the switch, the upper piece of the bent portion of one side of the connecting conductor is attached to the conductor mounting portion made of synthetic resin arranged in the vicinity of the plug housing portion between the upper case and the lower case. A contact piece pressing portion is provided at the center of the back surface of the cover and is connected to the conductor mounting portion, and the contact piece pressing portion is formed on one side edge portion of the cover when the cover is opened and closed. It is formed so as to be pushed down by the pressing element (projection) that is present. On the other hand, the pair of connecting conductors attached to the conductor mounting portion has one end formed on the circuit side contact piece and the other end formed on the plug side contact piece, and is connected to the fixed contact and the plug respectively provided on the circuit board. It is formed so that it can be contacted. Further, the connection conductor integrated with the circuit side contact piece is brought into contact with the lower surface of the contact piece pressing portion, and the circuit side contact piece and the fixed contact on the circuit board are disconnected by the vertical movement of the contact piece pressing portion. It is configured to be able to contact. As described above, the structure of the conventional switch is extremely complicated, the assemblability of the switch is poor, and a member such as a synthetic resin conductor mounting member or a contact piece pressing member, and a connecting member of a connecting conductor is used. Connection conductors are combined,
The number of parts is large and miniaturization is difficult, and at the same time, it becomes a factor of high cost. Therefore, a technology to be solved in order to reduce the number of parts of the switch provided in the primary circuit of the charger as much as possible to improve the assemblability, enable the downsizing, and contribute to the cost reduction. Therefore, the present invention aims to solve the problems.

According to this invention, a switch to be connected to each terminal arranged opposite to the primary circuit of the charger is formed by bending a member having an elastic restoring force, and two switches are provided opposite to each other on the left and right sides. Since the switch is provided, only the member having the elastic restoring force is included in the switch, so that the assembling property is very good, and the presser provided on the cover is also made of a synthetic resin. Since two pieces are integrally formed by molding so as to correspond to the switches, the switches are to be pressed separately.
The switch does not need to be configured integrally with other members, which saves the number of parts. Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 in the accompanying drawings. For convenience of description, technical matters that are conventionally known will be described at the same time. FIG. 1 shows a charger (1) for a small nickel-cadmium storage battery. The charger (1) has the upper and lower cases (2) and (3) fitted therein and has a circuit board (4) inside. The circuit board (4) transforms and rectifies the power supply current input from the AC plugs (5) and (5), and charges the storage battery chamber (6) in the upper case (2) as a predetermined voltage and current value. (7) Output to (7). A cover (8) is provided on the upper part of the upper case (2) to cover the storage battery chamber (6). A rear end portion (right side in the figure) of the cover (8) is pivotally attached to the upper case (2), and the cover (8) is formed so as to be openable and closable with the pivotal attachment portion (9) as a fulcrum, and a storage battery (not shown). The storage battery chamber (6) is normally covered by opening it when mounting and removing. Further, the pressing elements (10) and (10) are provided so as to protrude downward from the vicinity of the inner front edge portion of the cover (8), and the switches (11) and (11) are erected on the circuit board (4) to perform the pressing operation. The interlocking mechanism (12) is formed so as to face the child (10) (10). The switches (11) (11) are formed of a thin metal plate such as phosphor bronze, and are “closed” with the cover (8) closed, and the power is conducted to the primary circuit (17) of the circuit board (4). When the cover (8) is opened, it becomes "open". As shown in FIG. 2, the switches (11) and (11) are S
Bend in the shape of a letter and connect the lower ends (13) and (13) to the power input terminals (14) and (14) of the primary circuit (17) arranged near the left and right sides of the circuit board (4), respectively. . Further, fixed contacts (15) (15) are arranged near the center of the circuit board (4) so as to face the movable contacts (16) (16) of the switches (11) (11). The fixed contacts (15) (15) are connected to AC plugs (5) (5), respectively, as shown in FIG.
The power supply current is conducted to the primary circuit (17) in the "closed" state where the movable contacts (16) (16) of the switches (11) (11) are in pressure contact. Further, since the switches (11) and (11) are provided, safety can be ensured without insulating the primary circuit (17) and the secondary circuit (18), and therefore a lightweight and compact transformer can be provided. The auto-transformer (19) is used, and the primary circuit (17) and the secondary circuit (18) are used as a common ground (20). The interlocking mechanism (12) will be described in more detail with reference to FIG. As shown by the solid line in the figure, when the cover (8) is opened, the switches (11) and (11) are urged upward by the elasticity of the switches (11) and (11) themselves to move. The contacts (16) (16) and the fixed contacts (15) (15) are separated from each other and are in the “open” state. Then, when the cover (8) is closed as shown by the chain line, the pressing element (1) of the cover (8) is closed.
0) (10) are holes (21) (21) opened in the upper case (2)
Through the top of the switch (11) (11) (11a) (11a)
And press the switches (11) and (11) downward.
Then, the movable contacts (16) (1) of the switches (11) (11)
6) is brought into pressure contact with the fixed contacts (15) (15) to conduct current from the AC plugs (5) (5) to the circuit board (4). Further, due to the shapes of the switches (11) (11), the movable contacts (16) (16) and the fixed contacts (15) when the cover is opened.
(15) Spatial insulation distance and switch (11) (11)
Since the creepage distance between the fixed contacts (15) and (15) is sufficiently large, safety standards such as the Electricity Control Law can be satisfied. In addition, the switch (11) (1 in the interlocking mechanism (12) (1
The shapes and mounting positions of 1) and the pressers (10) (10) should not be limited to this embodiment. Therefore, the present invention can be modified in various ways without departing from the spirit of the invention, and it goes without saying that the invention extends to the modified version. [Advantages of the Invention] According to the present invention, the switch to be connected to each terminal arranged to face the primary circuit of the charger is bent and formed by a member having an elastic restoring force, and faces to the left and right. Since two members are provided separately for each of them, the members constituting the switch are only the members having the elastic restoring force, so that the assembling property is extremely good and the pressing element provided on the cover is provided. Also, since two pieces of synthetic resin are integrally formed by injection molding so as to correspond to the switch, the switches are pressed down separately, so that they are integrated with other members of the switch. The number of parts can be reduced because there is no need to configure the above. As a result, the charger can be significantly reduced in size and weight and can contribute to cost reduction.
