(Prior art) Among enamel panels, the round panel with an arcuate cross section, the dogleg panel with a U-shaped cross section, and the U-shaped panel with a U-shaped cross section are useful. Collectively known as enameled panels. Such an accessory enamel panel is manufactured by a method in which a bent enameled steel plate is hung on a hanger, and the surface thereof is glazed and then baked in a baking furnace at 800 ° C. for 3 minutes, for example. There was a drawback that the target shape could not be maintained after leaving the firing furnace due to firing strain due to high temperature and deformation due to its own weight.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, prevents deformation due to firing, and can surely maintain a target shape. It was completed for the purpose of.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention is characterized in that the ends of the accessory panel are connected to each other by stays made of the same material as the panels, fired, and then the stays are removed after cooling. .

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, (1) is an accessory panel made of a steel plate for enamel whose cross section is bent in a V shape, and has two planes (3). , (4) is formed with a flange (2) which is folded back inward. In the present invention, the end portions of such accessory panel (1) are connected by stays (5) made of the same material as the panels. It suffices to make the connection by spot welding, and although a total of four stays (5) are connected in FIG. 1, the number thereof may be appropriately increased or decreased. When the stay panel (5) is connected in this way, and the accessory panel (1) is hooked on the hanger in accordance with a conventional method, and glazed and baked, deformation of the accessory panel (1) is prevented by the stay (5). Further, since the stay (5) is made of the same material as the panel and has the same coefficient of thermal expansion, distortion due to a difference in thermal expansion does not occur, and the firing is completed with an accurate shape. Therefore, if these stays (5) are removed from the accessory panel (1) after cooling, an enamel panel can be obtained as a target accessory. As the stay (5), any shape such as a channel, an angle, a flat bar, a round bar, and a wire can be used.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which a stay (5) is connected to an accessory panel (1) called an R panel having an arcuate cross section. In this case as well, firing is performed by the same process, but in the case of a round panel having a gentle arc with a radius (curvature radius) of 10 m or more, the stay (5) and the accessory panel (1) provided between the ends of the round panel. There is a possibility that a gap called "firing shadow" in which the radiant heat is not sufficiently hit by being blocked by the stay (5) during firing becomes narrower. Therefore, it is preferable to make the stay (5) thinner in such a large radius R panel.

Note that if the stay (5) is removed after firing, the parts after welding will remain as steel plates, so it is necessary to apply rust preventive treatment to these parts with weather-resistant organic paint or the like.

(Effects of the invention) As is apparent from the above description, the present invention can be applied to a case where a stay made of the same material as the panel is connected between the end portions of the accessory panel, and then the stay is removed, so that the It is possible to prevent the accessory panel from being deformed and maintain the desired shape. Therefore, the accessory enamel panel manufactured according to the present invention can be installed easily without any difficulty when it is attached to a corner portion of a building. Therefore, the present invention is extremely large in that it contributes to the development of the industry as a method for manufacturing an accessory enamel panel that eliminates the conventional problems.
