を組み合わせ、これ等の間に軸棒等を挿入して巻き込ま
せることによって軸棒等を円弧状に曲げ加工する方法で
ある。又軸棒等をベルトに挿入するに当たってはベルト
が載置される平板状の台や補助板が使用されていた。

の供給時には巻き込み開始部に近接すると共に加工後の
軸棒を排出する際には邪魔にならない位置に後退させる
ように前記ベルトが巻き込みロールに巻き付けられる付
近に設けたことを特徴とした軸棒等の曲げ加工装置であ
る。

することが無く、加工が完了した軸棒をスムーズに取り
出すことが出来る。

2の間にベルト3を通過させ、このベルト3のロールよ
り右側部は他との干渉を考えて適当な方向に延ばし、更
に前記巻き込みロール1とベルト3とに近接して針材等
の軸棒を順に供給し得る樋状のガイド4を水平方向に摺
動し得る如く設けることによって構成している。前記ガ
イド4は、巻き込みロール1に対向する先端が該ロール
1の外周面の形状に対応する形状、即ち、巻き込みロー
ル1の径と略等しいか或いは僅かに大きい径の円周の一
部を構成する円弧状、或いは前記円弧と近似的な勾配を
有する直線状の形状に形成されている。

げ加工の終わった軸棒を下方に排出して取り出すことが
出来る。この軸棒排出時に、ガイド4が邪魔な場合は摺
動後退させて、排出通路を構成することも出来る。

かつ軸棒の加工を自動化して安価に大量生産することが
出来る等の特徴を有するものである。
