The heating element according to the present invention mainly adds yeast to rice bran and uses the heat when the yeast ferments rice bran as a heat source for heating or the like. Since temperature is important during fermentation of this yeast, sawdust and salt are mixed, and water is sprayed if necessary. That is, the sawdust has a water content contained in the wood itself, and holds the water content when the water content is sprayed later. Further, the salt functions as a heat control material for the yeast fermentation, and is for continuously obtaining a necessary amount of heat. To add further explanation, sawdust is for maintaining the humidity of the optimal fermentation environment for yeast, and salt is for controlling the humidity of sawdust,
It suppresses the growth of yeast and controls the yeast fermentation rate and heating value.

As shown in FIG. 1, 100 parts by weight of sawdust, 50 parts by weight of yeast, 40 parts by weight of rice bran, and 10 parts by weight of salt were mixed in a heat insulating container A of a plastic type, and a heating element α having a volume of 150 was prepared. Then, the temperature of the heating element α increased to about 53 ° C. When the temperature of the heating element α was subsequently measured, the temperature of the heating element α was constant at about 53 ° C. for about 3 months, and then gradually decreased. At this time, the heating element α has a volume of about 1/2.
Although it has shrunk to a certain extent and is carbonized black, when rice bran and sawdust were added to this, it regenerated heat,
It rose to about 53 ℃.
