(Prior Art) A buoy, which is conventionally called a sonobuoy and equipped with a sound source detection device and a wireless device, is floated above the sea, and the presence or absence of a submarine or the like and its position are detected by collecting and analyzing sound signals in a predetermined sea area. There is something.

Conventional sonobuoys are usually dropped from an aircraft to a desired sea area, and radio waves emitted from the buoy are generally analyzed by a receiver and a signal processing device mounted on the aircraft.

However, because the conventional sonobuoy was a method that the transmitter was activated immediately after landing on the surface of the sea and the radio wave was emitted regardless of the presence of the target sound source, it is difficult to operate for a long time by one sonobuoy because of the power capacity. , I was forced to respond by dropping many buoys one after another.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the conventional sonobuoy as described above, and is intended to withstand long-term operation even if a relatively small capacity power source is used. The purpose is to provide sonobuoy.

That is, a sound signal analyzing device is provided in addition to the underwater microphone and the transmitting device, and the feature of the signal obtained from the microphone is extracted by the sound signal analyzing device, and this is compared with the signal stored in advance and both are compared. Only when they match, the transmitter is driven to transmit the required signal.

Note that the number of signals stored for comparison is not limited to one, and there may be a plurality of signals. Further, these stored signals may represent, for example, the characteristics of the sound spectrum of various submarines that are known in advance.

The sound spectrum of a known number of various submarines is stored in the storage device after being converted into a digital signal in advance. As a result of the comparison, if the signal picked up from the microphone 1 matches any one of the stored signals, the transmitter 4 is driven, and the signal detected by the microphone 1 indicates which type of submarine or the microphone 1
From the antenna 5, a radio wave obtained by superimposing data such as how far the distance is from the input level to the antenna 5 is transmitted.

The radio wave transmitted in this manner is received by the receiving device 6 installed on an aircraft flying above the ground or on the ground or a ship, and it is known that an object emitting a sound source to be detected, that is, a submarine exists near the sonobuoy. be able to.

When receiving radio waves from this buoy on the ground, provide multiple ground reception points and calculate the position of the buoy from the direction of arrival of radio waves from the buoy measured at each point, or use a communication satellite. If a means such as position detection is also used, it is possible to operate the aircraft or ship at all times without operating it.

In this case, if the buoy or the frequency of the emitted radio wave is in the HF band (0.3MHz to 3MHz band), which allows ionospheric propagation, it will be possible to operate at a long distance.

In the above explanation, the case of identifying the type of submarine in Sonobui was illustrated, but for this purpose, a relatively complicated and expensive analyzer is required. In that case, instead of identifying the type of the submarine, only the screw sound or the like is identified, and when the screw sound is detected, the picked-up signal is as it is, or after some signal processing is performed. It may be configured such that it is transmitted as a modulated signal of the transmitter and detailed analysis is performed on the receiving side.
