に配設されるLED搭載基板4を挟着するなどの手段で所

される部分、即ち両端部にはプリント配線用銅箔を適宜
面積に残余させて敷設するなどの手段でLED給電部42が
形成され、前記キャップ3の基板取付部31に配設された
受電端子5の基板給電部51に電気的に接触するものとな
っている。 前記受電端子5は例えば金属板など導電性の部材を用
いて形成されるものであり、例えば第2図に示すような
展開形状に打抜かれて形成され、前記基板給電部51の部
分がスリット状とした基板取付部31に配設されると共に
略帯状とした受電部52が前記キャップ3に巻付けられて
取付けられるものとなり、このときに前記受電部52は前
記ハウジング2の端子挿入孔23に略望むものとされてい
る。 上記の構成としたことで本考案の補助ストップランプ
1はリアウインド内面に前記ハウジング2に設けた平坦
面22で直接に接着して取付けられるものとなり、従来の
補助ストップランプに必要とされたステーなど取付けの
ための構造を省略可能とするものとなる。また、前記ハ
ウジング2およびLED搭載基板4が可撓性の部材で形成
されていることで前記したリアウインドに設けられてい
る湾曲にも沿うものとなり、この補助ストップランプ1
の取付けを一層に容易とするものとなる。また、前記キ
ャップ3を前記ハウジング2に対して回動可能としてお
くことで前記リアウインドの例えば車種による傾斜の差
にも対応可能となる。 第3図は上記した第一実施例の補助ストップランプ1
のリアウインド7への取付時における給電構造を示すも
ので、前記リアウインド7の室内側には例えばシルク印
刷などの手段で正負極の給電パターン71が適宜位置に配
設されると共に、該給電パターン71の夫々には例えば第
4図に示すように金属板など導電性部材で形成され、略
U字状のバネ性接触片81aを前記リアウインド7面から
起立させる給電端子81が導電性接着剤などで電気的接続
も兼ねて接着固定され、このときに前記給電端子81相互
の間隔は前記ハウジング2の平坦面22に設けられた端子
挿入孔23の間隔と同一のものとされている。 このように構成されたリアウインド7へ前記補助スト
ップランプ1をハウジング2の平坦面22で接着して取付
れば、第5図に示すように前記給電端子81のバネ性接触
片81aは前記端子挿入孔23に貫通するものとなり、この
端子挿入孔23に望ませて配設されている受電端子5の受
電部52に接触するものとなり、この受電端子5を介して
前記LED搭載基板4に給電が行われるものとなる。 よって、本考案の給電構造によれば前記補助ストップ
ランプ1のリアウインド7への取付と同時に電気的な接
続も行われるものとなり、また、ハーネスなどの引き回
しも省略することが可能なものとなる。 第6図は本考案の補助ストップランプ1の第二実施例
を要部で示すものであり、前記ハウジング2は前の第一
実施例と同様に両端部に開口部21を有する略筒状のもの
であり、平坦面22、端子挿入孔23も同様に設けられてい
るものであるが、これに加えて前記平坦面22の内面側に
は夫々の開口部21側からハウジングの長手方向に沿い且
つ前記平坦面22と平行とするプレート挿入溝24が設けら
れ、該プレート挿入溝24に導電性部材で形成されたタッ
チプレート6が挿着されるものとなっている。 前記タッチプレート6には例えば一方端を略L字状に
折曲げると共に先端部に弾性を持たせるようにした刷子
部61と、例えばコンセントの受端子状に形成された弾性
挟着部62とが形成されるものとなり、前記刷子部61は前
記した第一実施例のものと略同様に形成されたキャップ
3の受電端子5の受電部52に接触するものとされ、前記
弾性挟着部62は前記端子挿入孔23に望ませられるものと
なっている。 この第二実施例においてはタッチプレート6を設けた
ことで前記端子挿入孔23と受電部52とが対峙する必要が
無くなり、前記端子挿入孔23と受電端子5を含むキャッ
プ3との位置関係に自由度が増すので補助ストップラン
プ1全体の設計の自由度が増すものとなる。尚、上記し
た以外の作用効果は前の第一実施例と同様であるので、
ここでの詳細な説明は省略する。 第7図は上記した第二実施例の補助ストップランプ1
のリアウインド7への取付時における給電構造を示すも
ので、前記給電パターン71の夫々に配設される給電端子
82は例えば第8図に示すようなブレード端子などと称さ
れている板状のもので良く、前記ハウジング2を平坦面
22で前記したのと同様にリアウインド7の室内側に接着
したときには前記給電端子82は前記端子挿入孔23を貫通
し、更にタッチプレート6の弾性挟着部61に挟持されて
電気的接触が行われ、これにより前記LED搭載基板4へ
の給電が行われるものとなる。 第9図は本考案の補助ストップランプ1の第三実施例
を要部で示すものであり、前記タッチプレート6には刷
子部61が形成されることは前の第二実施例と同様である

のと同様にリアウインド7の室内側に接着したときには
(第7図参照)前記給電端子83は前記端子挿入孔23を貫
通し、更にタッチプレート6の受孔部63も貫通するもの
となるが、このときに弾性により前記受孔部63の端面へ
の接触が行われ、これにより前記LED搭載基板4への給
電が行われるものとなる。 第11図に示すものは本考案の第四実施例であり、第一
実施例のものがハウジング2の外周面の一部を突出させ
て平坦面22を形成していたのに対し、この実施例におい
てはハウジング2Aの外周の接線に沿わせるようにして平
坦面22Aを形成したものであり、このようにしたことで
前記ハウジング2Aの断面形状は所謂涙滴状のものとなっ

はLED給電部が設けられ、前記キャップの基板取付部に
は前記LED給電部に電気的に接触する基板接触部と受電
部とで成る受電端子が設けられ、前記ハウジングのプレ
ート挿入溝には前記受電端子に接触する刷子部と前記端
子挿入孔に臨む位置に設けられた弾性挟着部とで成るタ
ッチプレートが挿着されて成ることを特徴とする補助ス
トップランプ。

子挿入孔に臨む位置に設けられた孔状の受孔部とで成る
