通じて技能の習熟を図るには限界がある。そのためラリ
ンゲルマスクの挿入の機会を多く設けることが必要であ
り、それには広く普及している挿管トレーニング用の人
形においてラリンゲルマスクの挿入トレーニングを行う
ことが望ましい。ところでラリンゲルマスクは、右口角
からマスクの先端を斜めに硬口蓋にあて、マスク全体を
硬口蓋で広げるようにしマスクの先端が喉頭に向うよう
に咽頭後壁のカーブに沿って押し込まれて喉頭部に挿入
される。しかし挿管トレーニング用の人形は、咽頭後壁
