面に回り込むようにして耳掛け形補聴器が耳介裏面に装
着されたとき、フツク係合部が形成された一端に対して
反対側の端部が耳介下部から前面に回り込むような長さ
に設定され、フツクとの協働により耳掛け形補聴器の耳
介からの脱落を防止するようにしたことにより、多種の
耳掛け形補聴器に広く適用できると共に補聴器を一段と
耳に安定保持できる耳掛け形補聴器保持具を実現し得
