(b)は上記建材の一例を示す斜視図と施工状態説明図
であり、1は建材で本体2と締結具9と取付板10とパッ
キング材14とを一体に形成したものである。さらに説明
すると、本体2は第2図に示すように化粧面3と裏面4
と側壁5と内壁6、例えば格子壁と中空部7と貫通孔8
とから構成したものである。また、本体2は約800℃以
上で焼成した中空体、例えばハニカム、格子、その他の
丸、長円、三角形、4角形、楕円形、多角形等の断面に
形成した中空部7を有する軽量体としたものである。そ
の主成分としては粘土で、この原料を押出し、乾燥、焼
成したものである。なお、焼成温度により本体2は土
器、磁器、陶器のいずれかの性質を有するものであり、
幅は50〜600mm位、長さは100〜9000mmまで、厚さは10〜
100mm位であり、側壁5は雄、雌構造、突き合わせ構造
等多々存在する。中空部7は締結具9、またはアンカー
として機能する空間があればよく、貫通孔8は締結具9
を嵌挿するように多数個、躯体等のピッチにマッチして
穿設したものである。締結具9はねじ付リベット、アン
カースクリュー、バルブタイト、リベット等で本体2と
取付板10とを一体に固定するものである。取付板10は例
えば第3図、および第4図(a)〜(c)に示すような
形状に形成し、本体2の横断面より突出した取付用の突
出部11と貫通孔12と係止部13と凹凸条の装着部10aを有
し、その材料としては金属板(Al、Fe、ステンレス、ガ
ルバリウム、チタン)あるいはアルミ押出品等の1種を
用いる。なお、取付板10は本体2を躯体Aに装着するの
に有用なものであり、取付板10の幅W1、貫通孔12までの
寸法W2、前長L、突出部11の突出長lは目的に応じて異
なるものである。また、取付板10は躯体Aのピッチ300
〜900mm位で複数個設置するものである。さらに係止部1
3は切り込んで端部を第3図に示すように折り曲げて、
建材1の連結とパッキング材14の係止機能を有するも
の、第4図(a)図に示すようにアルミ押出品、
